There once was a link that would convert a web page backwards. www.smeg.com\backwards, or something like that. I was going to do an "already posted" reply and link the post to that page, so it would print sdrawkcab. Alas, that web page appears to be no more.

Can we send all the Kerryites there.

"Carroll and Chen extend this idea in dramatic fashion, suggesting that inflation could start "in reverse" in the distant past of our universe, so that time could appear to run backwards (from our perspective) to observers far in our past." I guess that explains how aliens from the planet Ork are old when born and young when they are old. Remember Jonathan Winters' character on Mork & Mindy? Now we know.

This isn't poetry, but it is poetic. Einstein is a one-way ticket as relativity rebounds on itself. Like Euclid, he only accounts for the trip going out. What happens when the Universe pauses and expansion stalls? Oh, yeah. The Fed lowers the interest rate and we elect kerry cuz in two million years, who will care?

Okay, I'm no physicist, but I maintain that time does not exist. It is an artificial construct of man that simply represents the number of ticks from a clock. Somebody prove me wrong.

Anyone know what the opposite of time is?

Whatever are we to do or read about in FR when Kerry loses next week ? We won't have another Scapegoat like him for at least another Millennium ! Perhaps we could create our own virtual TIME warp and postpone the election for another four years ! That would be GREAT

Time can be sped up by using the mind alone. That is why when you are running you can run for an hour an it feels like 20 minutes or do stair climber for 30 minutes and it feels like an hour. But it is always forward.

You can always increase the entropy more by creating a new universe and allowing it to expand and cool off," Carroll explained. So, all I have to do is create a new universe to increase entropy. Some things are just so gosh-darn simple it's a wonder they weren't thought of sooner. Let's see, for tomorrow's to-do list:
1. Feed the fish.
2. Pick up the kids from school.
3. Create new universe (in order to prove new theory correct...)

why does time flow in only one direction, It doesn't. I proved that in my younger days years ago.
All it takes is one bad hangover and putting your pants on backwards and your watch on upside down.
When I quit drinking after that my wife said, "It's about time".

Carroll and Chen's research addresses two ambitious questions: why does time flow in only one directionNot always so at my house. This weekend in a blink of the eye, time will flow back a full hour, so there ;-)~

I'm not sure we know what is forward or reverse any more than our friends in Australia thing South is up. I think you can make a case that time is going backwards right now. How else to you explain democrats getting dumber by the day and Muslims thinking their life style is proper?
