Except for the WaPo, which is occasionally accurate and has kept more subscribers, the outlets you name (NY Times, LA Times, WAPO, ABC, CBS, and NBC) have lost subscribers/viewers.
What the legacy media has lost is the soundproofed echo chamber they had before. First they had to deal with competition from talk radio, the FNC, then the Internet. Now, FR (which I think of as the raw feed for the bloggers or as something close to a newswire) and the bloggers are actively holding the legacy media to account.

One other factoid the dims probably didn't count on is what this will do to energize the Republican base. I for one don't care if I have to stand in line all day to vote, I will bere there and a lot of folks I know feel the same way.
YES, this is a valid insight into all of this......this turn-out factor is a big factor and Republicans are mad as hell.

"And, no one is confused about John Kerry's nature. Just because they may vote for him, doesn't mean they are unaware of who he is."
I think many Democrats - not to be confused with 'Demrats' most certainly ARE, confused or simply 'unknowing' as to who/what John Kerry really is.
Don't hear him being called the 'marxist in an empty suit' very often.
Or even the 'marxist who wore spandex'. . .no, don't hear it.
That is who and is all, he really is.

But they are still a major force. Maybe not to us, but to a lot of people they are. They've got to be destroyed, not just diminished.

p.s. . . .fogot one. . .as to the 'who' of John Kerry; did not mean to forget the most important person who really lives inside that 'empty suit'. . .we never see him; because even 'he' is empty.
He is the Vietnam Vet who served our Communist enemies; he is the American who committed treason and now thinks he deserves to be President.
He is the friend of America's enemy now. .. just as he was the friend or our enemy, years ago.

Do you have a link to this supposed Guatemalan attack by illegals who came over the border? I haven't heard a word of that anywhere.
As I understand Arnold's situation: his Lt Governor is Bustamente. The legislature is Donk. If the Governor is absent for over a specific time in CA, the Lt Governor and the legislature can pass any old law they like while he is gone. That is why Arnold doesn't leave CA for very long at one time.

They should be forced to declare themselves a 527.

Guys, lets do the math.
It would take about 80+ people, at least 18 trucks, and two good weeks to move the 380 tons of explosives from Al-Qaqaa.
Now add US intel over flights, J-Star, and other surveillance being conducted to detect such actions. (J-Stars do an excellent job detecting vehicle movements)
The UN inspectors were taken to school by Sadam.
If not, then Kerry is accusing the US military of lying in after action reports which stated the exposives were gone when they searched the area during the liberation of Iraq.
My military experience says WMD and RDX explosives were moved out of Iraq before the war.

My non-military experience tells me that we watched them transport this stuff out, via satellite, while we were held at the borders by the UN and the DEMOCRATS.
Remember?

Call me slower. I just said the same thing you did.

Connect the dots from NYT to CBS to the U.N. to John Kerry
who already was evidently privy to this little media
chestnut in the last debate when he (puzzlingly) mentioned
unguarded weapons depots.

Trolls everywhere. They're a diversion.
Kerry is sacrificial. They want to make this campaign as tiring and expensive on the conservatives as possible, but don't really want to win this one. The main assault comes in 08.
IMHO.

I suppose without the tension we are all under and the exhaustion of all who are working this campaign, playing w/trolls could again be sport.
Right now, however, they can be grateful they are in cyberspace where the physical reaction they deserve is impossible.
I keep wondering why they aren't out there working for their ideology.
To: Cincinatus' Wife
And to think Kerry put out an ad on this.

CBS News' "60 Minutes" was planning to hold the story until Halloween, two days before Election Day, according to the Drudge Report Tuesday. "Our plan was to run the story on October 31, but it became clear that it wouldn't hold..." Jeff Fager, executive producer of the Sunday "60 Minutes," reportedly said in a statement. I bet they'll go ahead and show it anyway. (Their "sincere" apologies will follow a week later, after the election.)
Some people are so gullible, they'll believe anything the media wants them to.
I don't trust the main stream media, especially CBS. We'd best be prepared to counter their false claims, should they decide to air the lies on 60 minutes regardless of what they know to be true.
To: tacticalogic
Let's get beyond this election.
I'm just sick of retread trolls.
When the President is re-elected, then we can start working on Hitlary on 11/3/04.
We've got four years and PLENTY on that broad!
(If she's still a broad!) LOL
