Question:
How does the NYT or the Kerry Campaign expect to use this story if it was so easy to prove that it was false-- that the weapons were moved BEFORE the invasion?
Did they hope no one would fact-check?
Did they hope that if it was fact-checked it would prove the weapons disappeared AFTER the invasion?
If this is another example of a botched smear (ala the TANG memos) the Dems are doing really poorly with their suprises...

Apparently CNN has not read CNN.com. They are spinning the the danger of the lost high explosive with Congresswoman Maloney via. Wolf Blitzer.
We all know the MSM is in Kerry's back pocket, or vice versa.
What the MSM didn't count on, is that Kerry is so lacking in core that he will say ANYTHING when the pressure is on.

I expected the UN to try and deep-six Bush. I swear that Bush could win 65% support for pulling U.S. support for that dictator-directed swill of bribery, prostitution and America-hating.

I made several comments yesterday when Kerry stated that our troops were being killed with THESE weapons, and he tied it to President Bush failing to guard the site.
In fact this morning I emailed my sister a long note detailing the unfolding story and included my outrage that Kerry was putting the deaths of our troops squarely on President Bush.
As Lynne Cheney said, he (Kerry) is not a good man. (and that's an understatement)
