Oct. 8th Kerry referenced this story in the debate!

Absolutely. Those traitors should be the first target if war breaks out.

I've been listening while putting stuff in the dryer, so excuse time delay. I'm sure others have noted what Rush just played:

Soundbite from the October 8 debate where Kerry cited unguarded munitions dumps and how those weapons are now being used against our troops.

I found Kerry yesterday and this morning practically putting those deaths on President Bush beyond vile.

Kerry knows because his campaign is in league with the Thugs and Dictators at the UN and is controlling CBS and NYT. He's planning to give them Israel

SENATOR KERRY: You rely on good military people to execute the military component of the strategy, but winning the peace is larger than just the military component. General Shinseki had the wisdom to say you're going to need several hundred thousand troops to win the peace. The military's job is to win the war. The President's job is to win the peace. The President did not do what was necessary -- didn't bring in enough nations, didn't deliver the help, didn't close off the borders, didn't even guard the ammo dumps. And now our kids are being killed with ammos right out of that dump.

Rush: this story shows that munitions WERE removed in the run-up to the war.
If the UN had their way, the run-up would be LONGER.

If Kerry had his way we might STILL NOT BE THERE!

Kerry has been exposed! I forgot that Kerry mentioned the ammo dump at the debate. This is a set-up between the Kerry people, the NY Times and CBS. This could be the story that takes them all down.

I think Rush said he was going to play these comments later on:

FLASHBACK '90: In committee, Kerry said he wanted the UN to command US troops in the Gulf War.
Federal News Service -- HEARING OF THE SENATE FOREIGN RELATIONS COMMITTEE | September 5, 1990 | John Kerry

Posted on 10/20/2004 2:10:15 PM PDT by TFine80

SEN. PELL: My time has expired. I turn to the ranking Minority member. We're both just back from a trip -- as many of us on the committee are -- from a trip to the Gulf area. Thank you. Senator Helms.

SEN. JESSE HELMS (R-NC): Mr. Secretary, you remember things in life, and I think I shall never forget going to the farthest advanced unit of the Marine expeditionary force, right behind the Saudis. I was expecting to hear a lot of guys complaining and -- cause it was 125 degrees there in that hot sand.

SEN. KERRY: 128 [degrees].

SEN. HELMS: Pardon?

SEN. KERRY: 128 [degrees].

SEN. HELMS: I'm corrected. 128 [degrees]. They were in forward defensive positions, standing in that hot sand with their weapons locked and loaded and ready to fire because, even as we were meeting with them, there was always the possibility of an enemy attack.

.....

SEN. KERRY: Having said that, Mr. Secretary, let me just say that I share with my colleagues the admiration and respect for the competence and for the accomplishments of the forces that we saw over there in the last five days. I also was most impressed by standing in the desert. I've stood in jungles before, but I've never stood in the desert like that, in 128 degree heat. And I just marvel at what they're accomplishing.

But, Mr. Secretary, as I looked around me and as I looked at the deployment of forces, I was concerned. There were the United States Marines doing a splendid job, and the Saudis were on the ground; I might add, ahead of the Marines so that if there were an attack, it would be Saudi blood that is spilled first. But I didn't notice any of our other allies, and that disturbs me.

It seems to me that there are great risks at sea, and as a Navy person, I'm sensitive to that. But it is one thing to be in the Persian Gulf on a ship somewhat removed from the first line and another to be up there in the desert bearing that heat and the immediate risk. And I would like to know what we can expect with respect to allies on the ground and whether or not you think it might be helpful, because of the longterm staying power issue and patience issue, to perhaps look to see the ground effort or the overall effort put under the umbrella of the United Nations directly.

SEC. BAKER: Let me answer the last question first, Senator Kerry. I don't think that at this juncture, it would be a good idea to put the overall effort under a UN command.

We have been successful in -- it's not just again the United States being successful, but the world community has responded in a very positive way to this crisis. Twenty-six countries have sent military assets of one form or another. Quite a few countries are contributing air or ground forces to Saudi Arabia. In addition to the five -- in addition to five of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the GCC countries, which I won't read off here for you, you've got Afghanistan's interim government, Bangladesh, Egypt, France, Great Britain, Morocco, Pakistan, and Syria. I think that there's a good chance that there will be additional ground and air forces; I mean, something right there in the region and at the point of any conflict, not steaming offshore somewhere in the Persian Gulf.

Of course, many, many other countries have contributed naval assets, among them Canada, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Norway, Spain, West Germany. The Soviets have ships there. So I think that for the time being, at least, and perhaps for the foreseeable future, the arrangements that are in place and that have been made with respect to command and control are the appropriate arrangements. And, of course, it's not -- that's not really a question ultimately for me to answer; that's a question more properly directed, I think, to the Secretary of Defense or the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. I'm hopeful that we will see additional ground -- military ground forces committed to this effort.

Question: Can the people of the United States of America sue the MSM for false and misleading statements designed on purpose to bring down a sitting president of the United States? Should there be a Congressional Investigation panel formed immediately! Should John Kerry and the DNC be held to charges of conspiracy with all that we know now with this new scandal coinciding with the exposed bias of CBS and ABC?

The reason this all happened? A fear of a very weak candidate and the extreme hate of President Bush!

I'd love to believe that but there have been so many lies by Kerry and Old Media and it doesn't seem to have harmed Kerry's ratings, and the press just keeps on doing what they've always done. Lie.

Fox news has been reporting the corrected story all morning. They continue to report what Kerry is saying (which is the false story), but they are then pointing out the contradicting NBC and Pentagon statements.

What ammo dumps are we talking about Mr. Kerry?

Is it possible that the NYT purposefully concealed this information?

But I think he should also give some play to the NY Sun's story about the Hanoi/Kerry/VVAW story here:

"Hanoi Approved of Role Played By Anti-War Vets" at:

Can one of Rush's 24/7 members email him and pass on the link and story? We've got to get this out too.
