Perhaps a subtle confirmation that Katie knows Bush is gonna win. She is putting her Leftist Cheerleader outfit back for another day.

Good to hear Katie not toss him some softballs. I hope the mushy middle were watching because it sounds like Kerry did not step up to the moment.

This just in...
Moments before going on air, Katie received a call from a lady named Yrallih. It's isn't entirely clear what was being said, but Katie smiled, agreed, and then hung up the phone. [wink]

Several weeks ago Katie realized taht if Kerry is elected we are in trouble, as in severe danger. Someone was on her show and she realized tht if we hadn't gone into Iraq the sanctions would have been lifted and he would have gotten WMD.
Since then she has been a little different, maybe her conversion to republicans is not far off.

So the double whammy will be people will see Kerry as boring and unconvincing (lying) and then today the electorate will see Clinton in Philly and realized how far down the tubes their party really is with Kerry in charge. Bush by a landslide. Get out and vote on Nov. 2, people!

Campaign fatigue starting to set in. By Wednesday it will be obvious that Kerry is not physically up to the job of campaigning, much less the job of President.
I hope the RNC spokesfolks start pointing this out.

My own poll --- I have noticed that when stores have the TV on CNN and Kerry comes on -- people turn walk off. In waiting rooms they ask to change the channel. The end is near ^_^

Kerry takes a camera to Vietnam and spends 4 months tour of duty filming his own scenes and he calls THAT laying down his life.....?????!!!

Katie Couric actually conducted a 'tough' interview with Kerry? Tough by her standards anyway. Are pigs flying past my window?

Gotta say: I've been watching this campaign as closely as everyone else here. I think Katie is a security mom. On many social issues, she's still got the perky left in her, but when it comes to terrorism and this war we are waging, she seems to get it.
To: Jose Roberto
Sounds like Perky Katie has been reading Maureen Dowd's columns lately.....and taking them to heart:-)
It's sounding more and more like the Dems have resigned themselves to the fact that Kerry is going to lose:-0

I was pleasantly surprised to see Katie give
JOhn
KErry a rough ride this morning.
He's so full of himself, his eyes are turning brown.
BTW, Katie was looking good, especially for a Monday morning too...

I would be more scared of being interviewed by Katie Couric than any other media person. She's very clever, and can slide a stiletto into you without leaving a mark. Because she's so small and fresh-faced, and yes, she is attractive, you can't get back in her face. She has slapped around more big names than any other broadcaster. It also makes it worse, because it leaves the viewer with the impression that the interviewee just got slapped around by a little girl.

Heard some audio clips of Kerry on various radio stations and if these are the good clips, the man has just about given up. Boring, monotone, and incoherent.
