You are way too optimistic. I believe that Kerry and Soros already have their ads on this in the can and ready to be delivered. We're talking about a country that thinks survivor is true and family swapping is entertainment.

This story contradicts their "no WMDs" position.
If they run with this, they will be admitting that there were weapons in Iraq that they have claimed weren't there.
This would prove that inspections were a failure.
This would prove that Saddam was planning to build, or had, WMD, because this type of explosive is WMD TRIGGER MATERIAL.
Kerry will realize this and steer clear. Apparently, the NYT isn't all that bright.

Your statement is similar to saying it is our (the U.S.) fault for being attacked on 9/11. You don't really believe that, do you?
I found this refuge when I needed support in wanting my president and my country to survive what we are now faced with...anniliation by Islamofacists.
Before I came to Free Republic I had to go to Government political chat..., the biggest bunch of anti-american, anti-Bush haters in America.
I probably sent myself to hell cussing them all out all the time.
I found Free Republic when the DanBlather document fraud broke.
It was a place where I didn't have to defend my president a million times a day. A place where I wasn't called every bad name under the sun because I supported Bush.
Please, not all newbies are trolls. Some of us are just as strong supporters of God, Country and President as you are.
Be more specific when you think you tagged a troll...don't lunp us all together. Because for some of us newbies...it hurts.

Good point - you're call'n the shots and you would know what is best. I just could get pretty crazy around the 2nd. I think we all benefit as FR grows.

We publicly moved it because we didn't trust the UN for obvious reasons. This story is about 18 months old. The thread should still be here on FR when it occurred.
