Navy approves first ever Satanist

Mr Cranmer will be allowed to perform Satanic rituals The British Armed Forces has officially recognised its first registered Satanist, according to a newspaper report. Naval technician Chris Cranmer, 24, has been allowed to register by the captain of HMS Cumberland.

The move will mean that he will now be allowed to perform Satanic rituals on board the vessel.

According to the Sunday Telegraph, Mr Cranmer realised he was a Satanist nine years ago.

At the time he stumbled across a copy of the Satanic Bible, written by Church of Satan founder Anton Szandor LaVey.

He said: "I then read more and more and came to realise I'd always been a Satanist, just simply never knew."

Mr Cranmer, who is from Edinburgh, is now lobbying the Ministry of Defence to make Satanism a registered religion in the armed forces.

A spokesman for the Royal Navy said: "We are an equal opportunities employer and we don't stop anybody from having their own religious values."

The Church of Satan was established in San Francisco in 1966.

LaVey was its high priest until his death in 1997.

Followers live by the Nine Satanic Statements, which include "Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence", "Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek" and "Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification".

The word "Satan" in Hebrew means "Adversary". There is a massive cosmic battle going on at the moment between the forces of light and the forces of darkness. It is a Titanic Struggle, (as in huge, not sinking.)

Yes of course there has been Satanists in all Western Countries, Great Southern Land included. They are a plague that should be eliminated.

Anton La Vey had lots of international visitors for whom he procured various delights. Sick fu****. He died in pain. In Jewish mysticism there is a belief that when the righteous die, the time their soul leaves their body is like plucking a hair out of a saucer of milk. i.e. It is effortless and without resistance. When the unrighteous die there is a terrible, violent struggle for the transition of the soul.

Guess which ending Satanists will experience ?

I watched "Gladiator" last night. By chance it was on television. At the end of the movie the hero is tied up and paid a visit by the evil Emperor. The Emperor has to be seen by the people to be brave and tough. He wants to fight the hero in the Colosseum in full view of the people. He has to win the fight, and it has to be seen to be fair. To make sure his devious plans are successful, he pierces the back of the hero with a knife that inflicts a mortal wound that will slowly drain the hero of his strength. The wound is covered up by the Emperors' minions. The fight ensues. The hero wins. It is a Pyhrric victory. He dies not long after.

The dream sequence at the end shows very well how the righteous may experience the moment of death. Their passing really is like plucking a hair out of a saucer of milk.

Of course there are many who choose to remain in darkness and not only call it light
but demand everyone tolerate them even to the point of destroying the nation

Our founding fathers were nearly all practicing Christians and even those one or two (who atheists give the most attention to) who were fence straddlers...believed that a nation was best led by God fearing men and that our nation's laws and guiding principles were best when they reflected God laws...

Tolerance and diversity of things contrary to our founding fathers principles is a camel who is now head and shoulders under America's tent...to further encourage it to displace all that was good in America is national suicide...

My mate will surely be having a few pints at some fine establishment in London after this result. When he was living here in Melbourne, he subscribed specially to cable TV so he could watch the games live from London. He would sing the Crystal Palace theme song at the top of his voice after a win, but my memory banks seem not to have stored that sweet and melodious tune.

I shall leave the question of whether he was great open (personally, I'm not that keen on whiggery and much prefer Toryism). But he certainly was not an Englishman - he was born in Dublin. He was British, but not English.

Folks have a pretty good idea about the difference between a cult and a religion (of course, there are a couple of notable exceptions). In this case, its an open and shut case of a cult gaining a foothold.
