You would have thought he would have a canned answer for a simple question like that. Im surprised he didnt say "Kerry has a plan"

He will pull out and allow the extremists to take over Iraq and that will embolden them to retake Afghanistan and even Kuwait and other countries.
It will embolden terrorists around the world, and many countries will no longer trust the US to act when its necessary.
He will defer everything to the UN.

I'm watching the replay right now. Pacificst punks. Dangerous to have in charge. I'll bet O'Reilly doesn't aks about Holbrooke's comment about this being a "metaphorical" war. ---- I was right.
We should bomb Al-Jazeera however. Good point O.

Holbrooke couldn't say that Aljazeera should be expelled from the USA and also couldn't say that they were terrorists....

Did I really hear Bill O in the opening segment call Holbrook "future secretary of state"? I'm wondering if he did, did he even qualify it by saying IF Kerry wins.

O'Reilly seemed to bow down to Holbrooke.
Also Opined that he don't care who gets elected in Iraq, he just wants them to get out of there so no more Americans lose their life. We need to do what it takes to win, not tuck tail and run.
He also had to repeat that he was going to give equal time to be Fair & Balanced, but seemed to let Holbrooke speak uninterrupted. He even let him quote the New York Times and the Washington Post as reliable sources?
What gives with O' Reilly, is he starting to drift to the MSM, perhaps he's shooting for Dan Rather's Job.
Or maybe he's scared of the outcome of the lawsuit and wants support from all sides.
He definitely has swung towards the Liberal edge in the last several months. Its ashame, he just lost another viewer!

Holbrooke was responsible for the messes in Bosnia and Kosovo.
If O'Reilly had asked him what to do about Belgrade, he would have found the answer easily. Bomb it.

This is why, after Teddy Kennedy's fiasco of 1980, one
of the many forbidden questions of Kerry is:
"Why do you want to be president?"
I saw that "60 Minutes" show when Teddy simply had no
answer for that question.

None of Kerry's mouthpieces, nor Edwards, nor Kerry himself can give answers of any substance. They don't know what Kerry would do. Kerry doesn't know what he would do.
The whole Kerry campaign has been built on 'GWB is bad', not on what Kerry would be. Yeh, Kerry 'would have done almost everything different.' But what does that mean? Kerry has never said.
Team Kerry expects the voters to buy a pig in a poke---and so far, nearly half of the voters seem willing to do so.

I just noticed something; I just saw an old Jimmy Carter ad on TV Land. The ad said to vote for Carter for a change.
Bill Clinton also ran on "no theme" (aka 'a nebulus plan') and "change" as well.
Now, Kerry "has a plan" and is also running on "change."
Let's just hope that the American people fully understand that "change", while 'change', does not necessarily entail a positive move for the better!!!
Frankly, most of us have had enough "change." The only thing consistent about Carter, Clinton, and Kerry is that their plan will only leave you with change, in your pocket.
