WASHINGTON - Bill Clinton has always had a flair for political drama. Now it looks like his just-in-time recovery from heart surgery, allowing him to campaign for John Kerry in the elections closing days, may provide a jolt of excitement that any candidate would covet. Democratic strategist Donna Brazile says she started getting phone calls and e-mail as soon as word got out about Clintons planned appearance Monday with Kerry in Philadelphia, with messages like: Hes back! The Comeback Kid! She predicts a great, electrifying last week of the campaign.

But wasn't he also the one who was busy playing the sax while al-qaeda was getting tooled up?
And you say that Kerry is welcoming his support?
Geez, the next thing we will hear is that Kerry is so desperate that he asks 'Crazy Al' to help????
This Bill Clinton fella ought to be avoiding public appearances, IMHO, and ought to concentrate on building houses for the poor like his other liberal cohort...
I wish the Slickster the best and hope he has a real heartpounding experience on the road with Kerry.
More like a BJ in print.
Why? He brings his own.
Toon's stump speech for Kerry can be summed up in three words, "Buy my book."
You would think that as much as the media love the Clintons, that they would want Kerry to lose so that they could start campaigning for Hilary (of Bill is part of the package) next week. That is what I don't understand NOBODY likes Kerry, he is a very unlikeable person so it seems that the perfect scenario for the media and the dems would be a lame duck terms with Bush so they can pull out all the stops for HilBil.
Actually I don't think it will help Kerry. They will just look at them and say, Kerry is no Clinton.
Former President Clinton also stated that I never really liked this POS anyway!
Electrifying all right. Clinton will fry Keerry's chances to make way for hillery.
vaudine
He sure did! ;)

That usually happens on the way to the hospital - no?
CLEAR!
As far as I'm concerned a vote for Kerry is a vote for Clinton and we all know Clinton let bin laden escape at least four times during his pathetic tenure sitting in the oval office while getting daily bj's from thong cladded intern.
OMG...that is good, real good!!! LOL!!!
Of course, we all know how that story turned out. Moral: Don't mess with Mother Nature. When you try to bring something dead back to life, the result is intrinsic weakness.
How about we all send Willy an email telling his how much we adore (gag) him and Hillary and we hope he will not go on the stump for Kerry because we don't want him to ruin Hillary's chance to win the election in 2008?
Aside from Clinton walking out there like Castro and falling down and picking up a sympathy vote, he will do nothing to help Kerry. We can only hope Clinton doesn't have a heart attack before the election.
He was down in FL for McBride and even though the polls were saying it was getting closer -- it was a blowout for Jeb! :)
