WASHINGTON - Bill Clinton has always had a flair for political drama. Now it looks like his just-in-time recovery from heart surgery, allowing him to campaign for John Kerry in the election’s closing days, may provide a jolt of excitement that any candidate would covet. Democratic strategist Donna Brazile says she started getting phone calls and e-mail as soon as word got out about Clinton’s planned appearance Monday with Kerry in Philadelphia, with messages like: “He’s back! The Comeback Kid!” She predicts “a great, electrifying last week of the campaign.”

Bill who? Ohhhh, Clinton? You mean the guy who destroyed the intern's life for personal gratification? Ok, got it!

But wasn't he also the one who was busy playing the sax while al-qaeda was getting tooled up?

And you say that Kerry is welcoming his support?

Geez, the next thing we will hear is that Kerry is so desperate that he asks 'Crazy Al' to help????

This Bill Clinton fella ought to be avoiding public appearances, IMHO, and ought to concentrate on building houses for the poor like his other liberal cohort...

I wish the Slickster the best and hope he has a real heartpounding experience on the road with Kerry.

Toon's stump speech for Kerry can be summed up in three words, "Buy my book."

You would think that as much as the media love the Clintons, that they would want Kerry to lose so that they could start campaigning for Hilary (of Bill is part of the package) next week. That is what I don't understand NOBODY likes Kerry, he is a very unlikeable person so it seems that the perfect scenario for the media and the dems would be a lame duck terms with Bush so they can pull out all the stops for HilBil.

Actually I don't think it will help Kerry. They will just look at them and say, Kerry is no Clinton.

Back on the campaign trail just seven weeks after major heart surgery. His ass will be dragging real fast. He was not in good shape to begin with. Experience shows that. This PR is just BS. What about the reports that he looked like hell just a week or so ago. Clinton is not Superman. Or is this the Superman saga, Christopher Reeve, revisited. No disrespect intended for the man who has pasted on. I even liked some of his movies.

Sunday 10/24/04 7pm. Late breaking news. Former President William J. Clinton notified the campaign of John Kerry that due to health concerns he could not fulfill his commitment to appear in Philadelphia, PA with him.

Former President Clinton also stated that I never really liked this POS anyway!

Kerry, who is such a weakling because he can't even wrest control of the DNC away from the stranglehold Clinton has on it, thinks he is going to win the war on terrorist pig scum bag murdering bastards.

As far as I'm concerned a vote for Kerry is a vote for Clinton and we all know Clinton let bin laden escape at least four times during his pathetic tenure sitting in the oval office while getting daily bj's from thong cladded intern.

The "electrifying" gives me an image (maybe it's just because it's Halloween) of J Frankenstein Kerry, the patched together half-being lying on a gurney and then jolts of electricity coursing through his body, giving him the gift of life.

Of course, we all know how that story turned out. Moral: Don't mess with Mother Nature. When you try to bring something dead back to life, the result is intrinsic weakness.

How about we all send Willy an email telling his how much we adore (gag) him and Hillary and we hope he will not go on the stump for Kerry because we don't want him to ruin Hillary's chance to win the election in 2008?

Aside from Clinton walking out there like Castro and falling down and picking up a sympathy vote, he will do nothing to help Kerry. We can only hope Clinton doesn't have a heart attack before the election.

He was down in FL for McBride and even though the polls were saying it was getting closer -- it was a blowout for Jeb! :)
