One of the usual suspects going by the name of Courage is nowhere to be found.

Ask poinq.

Wisconsin really started changing just before the 2002 elections, parts of Wisconsin have always been very Conservative (my town hasn't voted Dem in over 100 years), but the Milwaukee area started really changing when there was a big scandal in the Dem run county board over a pension deal. Milwaukee county recalled some members, and voted in a Republican. About that time, the state really started getting sick and tired of the high taxes we pay (3rd in the nation at the time), and in 2002 voted in a Republican majority in both houses.

The only drawback we had was voting in a corrupt Dem governor, but that wasn't because people liked him, it was because we had a very weak Republican Governor, that took over when Tommy Thompson left. We also had Tommy's brother Ed run on the libertarian ticket, and he picked up over 10% of the vote.

I really feel that President Bush will take Wisconsin, and it won't be real close. We are a State of hunters, and outdoors men, and I don't know many people that actually like Kerry. I am only afraid that we will keep Feingold, people just kinda like him, he's a "maverick".

Bush is still up in Ohio and now hasn't been there in 18 days.

Internals have Bush up 5% pts.

Wait till Arnold shows up in Ohio with the President the weekend before the eclection. That's worth 3 or 4 points!

Reports of Kerry voters more coming out in Ohio early voting though

There is no early voting in Ohio; we all vote on November 2nd.

No, I just printed out pictures and words on regular computer paper and taped them on the magnetic material.

search on poster dvwjr - read and learn

These polls are for entertainment only, and are not meant to represent reality - only the Private Party polls are real.

Use at your own risk.

How long does it take electoralvote.com to update their screen? They still show WI for sKerry. Are they legit, or do they used the more biased polls?

This is why the college polls that are popping up are so off. You can't trust a new poll or a poll from a university. Even Quinnipiac isn't very good but it's closest to a reliable polling firm.

Why is Gallup showing such a wide margin compared to other polls showing a dead-even race?

No idea. Rasmussen/Zogby and some others will always show a close race because he weights self reported party identification back to 2000 levels. Gallup does not. Gallup weights according to a host of demographics but not party ID. Which is right? I think we will know in a couple of weeks.

You mean the private polls that are causing Kerry and the President to do battle primarily in Gore states?

That's cheesemakers and cheeseheads my friend. From a native of America's dairyland and a diehard Packer fan. And no fan of John (Lambert Field) Kerry. And for you Michigan voters Kerry roots for the Michigan Buckeyes whilst campaigning in Ohio. Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin go for Bush in '04.
