Just heard on Laura Ingrahms show that hollywood producer David Zucker has admitted he is a republican and will be voting for Bush. He is known for the movies Airplane, naked gun, kentucky fried movie, baseketball, and top secret all classics that I am sure other freepers like me enjoy.

A hospital! Why, what is it?
It's a big building with patients, but that's not important right now.

We had a thread yesterday on Zucker. I pointed out that in the movie Airplane, Howard Jarvis (of Proposition 13 fame) made a cameo as the guy in Ted Stryker's cab. Methinks he's been a Republican for a lot longer.

Airplane was just on TV last night! I think it was Fox Movie Channel, or one of those mega-stations.
So much for Republicans not having a sense of humor.
Maybe Zucker feels like I, and many, many former Democrats, do - the Dem Party left me, not the other way around.
And I never looked back . . .
Airplane, what a funny film! When I saw the scene where they were "landing on instruments" I nearly choked on my popcorn. An absolute classic!!!
For some reason, the film "Animal House" was never as funny as the first time I saw it. Or the first few times, whatever. Airport i could watch over and over. I wonder why some comedy is like that, and some is not?
Oh well. Back to work. But with a smile on my face. :)

I love those movies, but recall at least one really vicious slam on Reagan in them.
