A U.S. citizen has been sentenced to 23 years in jail...As part of a plea agreement, Alamoudi agreed to cooperate fully and truthfully in any and all investigations 23 years in jail as part of a plea agreement? That doesn't sound right to me.

[Abdurahman Alamoudi: A] A Slick Islamist Heads to Jail Read the plea agreement (or at least the first part of it). The article would have you believe Alamoudi has really been given the maximum sentence and will actually serve it...despite the fact that he's cooperating. I just don't believe it. I think he'll serve 3 to 5.

Hey, he was just spreading the luv, Muhammad style. And now he'll have almost 20 years to convert prison inmates to Islam. These guys are a disease no matter where they go. Terrorist prisoners should be confined.

19 years? That oughta change his heart. /s

These need to be treason prosecutions with the aim of imposing the death penalty. No moo slime is going to let 19 years in jail get in the way of his jihad... they'll just take over the jail and turn it into an Islamic mini-state, anyway.
Divine justice would see their lifeless bodies mixed in with pig guts and dumped in Saddam's mass graves in place of the bodies of the innocents who died as a result of Arab and Islamic tyranny.

$inator HildeBea$t will be upset that one of her former donors will be in jail. I'm glad you caught that as well.
Alamo-girl - here's another one for your list.

An early president of the executive board of the AMC was Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin, formerly known as H. Rap Brown FYI - In 2002, H. Rap Brown was found guilty of killing a Fulton County, Georgia Sheriff's deputy and wounding another in a gunbattle at his store. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. link

Thanks; I'm downloading the plea agreement now. Some details on it seemed to change over the course of the newspaper coverage of the story, particularly with respect to what Alamoudi was actually confessing to in terms of the Qaddafi plot. Some articles described him as admitting involvement in the plot as part of the plea agreement, others as denying involvement but admitting the plot existed. The press release on his sentencing seems to implicate him in the plot.

When, in the name of all that's holy, are people going to realize that putting terrorists in jail is stupid, stupid, stupid?
How long will it be before some other diaper-heads take some hostages and demand his release?
Death penalty. Carried out swiftly.

How long until this guy gets out for good behavior? Why, at least, hasn't his citizenship been stripped and why isn't he kicked outta the USA? Why do taxpayers have to support him any longer? This is just giving him a new job assignment to recruit more.
7.62 x 51mm you are correct, this is war - it's them or us.
To: Domestic Church
Sadly, you're right, DC; he'll be out in 3-5 w/ good behavior.

This is really funny to read, its also a bit sad that some ppl like you guys are just ignorant and arrogant at the same time, u talk about terrorism and just relate it to one group of society, more specifically Muslims, when u forget that some ppl from your own blood or maybe relatives of urs are just as messed up as some muslims are, but yet u guys dont like to generalize upon yourselves, for ex: the guy who bombed that day care building in Oklahoma, i dont recall his name n e how when that whole thing happend and there were no suspects all the stupid irrational ppl like some here, pointed to muslims and with no further investigation blamed it all on them, "oh those muslim terrorist, blah blah blah" and it was called a terrorist act, BUT when they found the suspect and they realized that he was from the same "group" of society they said that he was mentally unstable and he had issues in his life, and there are many examples that i can mention here, but wouldn't want to make u read for hours and hours, WAKE UP americans, and stop to think for a second, aren't you guys who invaded countries and killed many innocent children and ppl just to fulfill ur own needs, and that act "Of course" is not terrorism, well guess what, terrorism is something or an act that terrorizes ppl and it applies to everyone not just "AMERICANS" or shall we go back in time and say "WHITES" you see prejudice and injustice is in your bloods, you guys are infected with it, but yet you think that its the right thing... remember that whole deal about whites and colored ppl? watch documentaries or movies that might give u a sense of the truth, dont just listen to the news and make your own judgments, you think your the best out of all nations and that your the elite of this human race, YOU KNOW WHY? cuz you dont know n e thing about history, but one thing for sure is that no one nation stands strong for ever, there is a time for everyone, so dont do n e thing stupid that might come back at you later on, read history books about the world around you, not just the US HISTORY books, try and educate yourself about other cultures and religions instead of making stupid judgments...

I know you’re a one-hit-wonder, but I’ll reply to you anyway. It wasn’t a day care, it was a Federal Building, and the bombers were Timothy McVeigh, who was sympathetic to Iraq’s Saddam Hussein...and Terri Nichols. The reason no one generalizes is because there aren’t thousands of McVeighs and Nichols out there blowing up targets. You might notice that the case is the one case always cited by folks trying to defend Islamists by implying “everybody does it” when in fact “everybody” does not do it. In fact some groups don’t do it at all.
