Now that's a top priority in the post 9/11 world, isn't it? Let's force people to accept any old lifestyle that THK thinks they should!
[shaking head]
I can't believe these clowns are even somewhat close in this election.

How convenient. Mama T. takes this issue on to deflect heat that her classless husband is getting over his Mary Cheney remark.

I would almost find the obnoxious queer activists more tolerable than the idea of Tereza as FLOTUS.
To: mtp
In other words, Mrs. Kerry would make demonization of traditional Christian believers a centerpiece of a Kerry administration.

Eevry time this woman opens her mouth, Bush's poll numbers creep up a little bit more.

Yeah she forgot to include free government vaseline for all gays and lesbians!
To: mtp
I assume she means that she will try to make her troglodytic demeanor tolerable to gays, right?

"pledges to make gay tolerance a centerpiece of her First Lady duties,"
Yeah, this is important. Never mind education, reading, etc, the traditional First Lady causes. This twit actually thinks homosexual acceptance is worthy of this level of attention. Libs are clueless.

Wow, the arrogance.
Lets force the American public to accept what God calls an abomination. All the more reason to support the President. We need a God fearing man (and first lady) in the White House.

She's out there locking up the Massachussetts, California and New York vote, at the expense of most everywhere else.
Her bad hair is merely a sympton of a horrendous growing environment.

Ya know, if these nut jobs are actually elected they'll completely destroy what's left of the Democratic Party. If you think that people hated Hillary just wait. There will be such venom against Ta-Ray-Zah and Lurch that the GOP could run almost anyone in 2008 and cream them.

when her husband was "being positive and complimentary of how the Cheneys have handled, openly, the question of their daughter's lesbianism." There was nothing positive or complimentary about the statement. It was a combative and intrusive statement that interjected Ms Cheney into the discussion.

Is this another flip flop from the dem's campaign? We want gay tolerance, but we are against gay marriage. Come on Kerry's get your stories straight before talking to the press.
I agree that this is a way to try to get the gay vote back after the Mary Cheney debacle.
To: mtp
I can't find the quote but even John Kerry described a gay lifestyle as a "choice"... it was on Rush this week.
