Gore now on CSPAN -- looks ill
CSPAN - House | 10/18/04

Posted on 10/18/2004 10:28:59 AM PDT by pabianice

Get a load of Gore on CSPAN now (MoveOn.org meeting). He looks like he's about to keel over. Bloated, pasty, eyes glazed, words stumbling. He's incoherent. What's going on?

Sounds like drugs doesn't it?

Well, he did flunk out of divinity college - a roomy said he spent most of his time down in the basement toking up.
Oh, did you not see that some years ago?
The media must've hushed it up quickly.
Would they do that?

"Bush is responsible for the bad weather we've had because of his ignoring the global warming disaster..."

this is a spoof, right.
Even Gore could not say something so stupid???

(I wonder if anyone has yet told him about the news - the scientific rule that "proved" global warming has been found to be in error?)

Isn't prednisone used to treat asthma?

That kind of wood we DON'T need! Where'd you find that pic!? : )

From GIS (Google Image Search). It does for web images what the regular Google page does for text. It's my favorite place to find useful, educational, or goofy images.

In this case I had done a search just on "Gore", and found that one on the second or third page of results. I probably should have searched for "Al Gore", though, which would have kept me from having to wade through gore-y images of blood and guts to find the ones of Algore. I suppose those could be handy too with Halloween coming up...

The place has been swarming with trolls, that's for sure. The mods have been very efficient, though.

Actually, I do remember in one of the "clinton" books, may have been Christopher Hutchins' book, where the Clintons and the Gores would get "high" on a regular basis attending rock concerts...especially Tipper and Al.

I sense ever greater desperation from the Libs. The volume of their troll posts here on Freep is directly proportional to their desperation. I was most interested to learn today from Gore that Bush's anti-environmental policies were to blame for this year's hurricanes, as was I interested to learn from Kerry that most U.S. servicemen are against the War in Iraq.

lol.. now hold on.. lol. I'll explain...

It's obvious that Al Gore is having a political meltdown. Right? Okay... it's also obvious that the Dems are majorly loosing. Right? So, Al Gore is doing the thornbird act, right?

In comparison to the masters behind the scenes of the Democratic Party, this makes him appear, assuredly bonkers, but at least more decent than those who continue to encourage their members to commit fraud, social hari-kari, ad nauseum.

See? Makes sense now, right?

Admittedly, I abhor witnessing suicides, and I'm not enjoying observing Al Gore's mass produced by media, breakdown. No more politics for him. What corporation would hire him? The liability coverage may be too great. Therefore, at this point it is most important to keep sharp objects away from him...

But on the other side, just between us here.. can you imagine how he would have handled 911 had he been president?

Look at it this way.. Al Gore has personified the artwork "The Scream". He was even jealous of Howard Dean's monicker, no?

WhooOOOO R U, Al... WHO WHO WHO-WHO!?

oh noo.... all this dutch elm disease talk... reminds me of one the earliest posts I found here in FR when I joined. I can now use it in application to Al Gore:

Hey Al Gore! Hurricanes devasted Florida. So, Al "Get off the Cross; we need the wood!".

My mama is coming off that stuff after a really bad bout of pain in her arm. She had the puffy face bad. Is mental confusion also a side effect?<<<<

Indeed, there are emotional effects that are miserable, one basically feels like a stuffed sausage, there are lots of side effects. I personally would only take it, and have taken it, for a serious condition where hopefully it is short term therapy.

Prednisone-like drugs are used for a multitude of things, including respiratory problems. I had a severe swelling of joints subsequent to some bacterial toxins, and had to take it at various times. It was awful, and I swore if I ever had the problem again I'd do without.

It is used in transplant cases, as are similar drugs, to suppress the immune system and keep it from attacking the "foreign" organ. It can be your best friend or worst enemy, depending upon circumstances.
