Bush was up (rassmussen) in Florida 51-47 today.
Ok which comes first the nationals or the states?
If it the nationals and we seem to be getting a lil bit of upswing then we should get a uptick here
Really dont matter as long as we win Ohio and Florida
Is that the Rasmussen premium number for today? NICE.
I saw it this morning, but when I went back it was gone. I swear it said 51-47.
Just got an e-mail from our county BC04 chairman. He confirms the number he's hearing from the internals is Bush +8. That's three separate sources I've heard on this, including indpendent polling by the Voinovich campaign.
It sounds good, I hope its right!
Because if reality is an 8% Bush lead in Ohio, its very likely he pulls a host of other states with him.
THE ONLY POLL THAT COUNTS IS THE VOTE ON NOVEMBER 2.
GOING INTO THE 2000 ELECTION, BUSH WAS UP ABOUT 8 POINTS IN THE INTERNAL POLLS. (THAT WAS BEFORE THE DUI STORY). WE NEED TO ACT AS THOUGH BUSH IS BEHIND BY 10! IN THE WORDS OF HUGH HEWITT, "IF IT'S NOT CLOSE, THEY CAN'T CHEAT!"
CALLING ALL "BROKEN GLASS" REPUBLICANS. YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU. GET TO THE POLLS AND BRING OTHERS WITH YOU! CALL THE REPUBLICAN COUNTY CHAIRMAN IN YOUR AREA AND VOLUNTEER TO MAN PHONE BANKS, PUT UP SIGNS, PICK UP VOTERS ON ELECTION DAY, ETC.
It might still be the premium number for today. I see Rasmussen has numbers for FL,MI,MN,OH,PA but they haven't been released yet to non-paying members.
the numbers quoted above are right.
The 51-47 from Florida is correct? Do you have the other states from the Rasmussen premium? OH would be especially interesting.
The author of the thread has it right.

Oops. Sorry. Doh. I'm posting on too many threads and I didn't look closely.
"Those are quite bad numbers for bush, let's hope they improve in the next few days."
The national 3 day polls are all up.
The 7 day rolling average state polls lag behind the national.
I think if GWB continues to surge, he could take MI, PA and NJ. Of course that means that OH, FL, WI and IA would be in his column.
I don't know why, but I have thought all year that Ras was off on his state polls by 2-3 points for Bush---in every state.
