I heard about 2-3 weeks ago that the Swift Boat Vets had gotten some Pentagon documents on Kerry's discharge and they were apart of their october suprise.
Anyone hear anything else on this? When is this suppose to be done? Any websites to read more into this?
I think that the Swift Vets have exhausted their powder. I don'e expect no more surprises from them
No, but if Bush wins, these guys should be given serious consideration for Time Magazine's "Man of the Year" award.
Actually I heard Sandy Burgler was sent over by the Clinton administration to look over one or two records and they forgot to do a strip search on the way out...
I don't expect any more surprises from them (grammar corrected :) )
That's why they're called surprises . . . 'cause you're not expecting them.
Do you know if the last 2 videos released by the vets is having any effect yet ?
GoBucks, when I first read this, I started to dismiss it. But, you're right! If Bush wins, it will be fair to say that these men and their collective efforts turned the tide. I also believe that by then, there would be polling completed that backs this up.
My question is, what about the promised Karl Rove October surprise? I am doubting that he has one.
Stolen honor will nuke John Kerry.
they must be having an effect, because the LSM and the commie TV stations aren't mentioning them...they won't give further life to them...
I think it was just more of a rumor than anything else. Don't think there is any surprise.
If there is any October surprise, I think it will be from someplace other than the Swiftvets.
I wouldn't be surprised if they left the "big bomber" for the last week. The collective information of this large band of brothers and the amount of negatives Kerry seemed to have done.....well, let's just wait and see....I just don't think they are through yet...remember these guys have been to war...they know when to strike and start the fireworks....they surely have some arsenal up their sleeves!

Bring out the comfy chair!
I understand that the surprise might be, Kerry and Edwards are secretly lovers, which explains why anyone would pick someone who can't even win his own state, to be a running mate.. And beside, looking at his "wife", he might have been pushed towards that direction..
Anyway, Edwards is truly a silky pony.
The October surprise will be found in Kerry's discharge from the Navy...O'Neil made comment about this in his next day written comment about the Nightline fiasco..there is a thread around here about this..
