LUCASVILLE, Ohio A killer who partially blamed his victim for moving when ordered to hold still was executed Wednesday.
At 28, Adremy Dennis was the youngest inmate executed in Ohio since 1962. He was put to death by injection at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.
Dennis was 18 when he and an accomplice tried to rob two men outside an Akron home in 1994. One of the men gave up $15. The other, Kurt Kyle, 29, began searching his pockets, and Dennis shot him in the head with a sawed-off shotgun.
Dennis told an Ohio Parole Board member he regretted the robbery brought so little cash and that he would not have left eyewitnesses if my mind had been right at the time.
Kyles friend who was robbed, Martin Eberhart, witnessed the execution. The punishment fit the crime, and justice has been served, he said.
Dennis appeals were exhausted last week when a federal appeals court rejected his request to postpone the execution for his challenge that Ohios method of lethal injection is an unconstitutional cruel punishment.
Dennis was calm throughout the execution.
Im in Gods hands now. Everythings going to be just the way it was intended. Ill see everybody when they get there, he said when allowed to make a final statement.

In this case, an abortion would have been justified.

Here's an article about a rapist in Kazakhstan, who probably won't live as long as this US murderer.

. . . regretted the robbery brought so little cash and that he would not have left eyewitnesses if my mind had been right at the time. Death by lethal injection was too good for the POS. I hope the guards at least crossed his lines. I would have if I had been there.

Charles Starkweather was well ahead of his time. Imagine if the anti-DP folks could wail over his case had he done it these days.

Now we need to see if anymore of this genius's genes are still in the gene pool. Continued prayers for the victim and his family.
