Letter to John Kerry: It's a Matter of Honor, Sir Written by Arnold Beizer Friday, October 15, 2004
Letter to Candidate John Kerry
Dear Sir:
We all know you have failed and neglected to sign Form 180 authorizing release of all your military service records as President George W. Bush has done, despite your broken promise on national television to news reporter Tim Russert to do so. Instead, you have repeatedly stonewalled on this character issue and left a question of honor on the minds of every American. You have called your own honesty into question by refusing to be up front with the American people and to tell the whole truth in this matter. Why? If you have nothing to hide, why not release your records? Why not sign Form 180 as an expression of your good faith and evidence of your honesty? You still profess that all of your naval service records have been made public and are available on your web site. But you know this is not true.
We know that only after your repeated requests for deferrals from the draft were denied by your draft board, did you ''volunteer'' to go into the service. And we know that after a brief stint in a swift boat, Johnny came marching home singing quite a different tune! Also, we know for a fact that while you were still a naval officer in the service of your country you did a disservice to your fellow servicemen by falsely accusing them of committing atrocious war-crimes and horrible atrocities against the enemy of the people of the United States of America. We know you made these claims before Congress, under oath, when you knew full well that these accusations were untrue, unfounded, and unsubstantiated.
Notwithstanding, Candidate Kerry, you made these outrageous admissions for the eyes of the whole world to see and for the ears of our enemies to hear. Yet how could our enemies hear if your fellow soldiers cut off their ears and their heads as you claimed in your testimony before Congress and the American people? In fact, we know now that you were not being honest about your fellow Americans, or forthright with the American people, when you made these slanderous statements and told untruths about them.
At the same time you were betraying your fellow countrymen in time of war in Vietnam and Laos by accusing them of being war criminals, you were placing their lives in jeopardy and endangering all POWs being held by the enemy. As a direct consequence of your thoughtless actions and self-serving aspirations to run for elected office, you gave aid and comfort to those adversaries of America who were systematically torturing, starving and murdering our POWs and your comrades in arms. These valiant American servicemen were the true heroes of the war, not you. They would not be forced or coerced into making untrue involuntary confessions that they were war criminals. But you, Candidate Kerry, confessed for them and in effect signed their death warrants in some instances and sentenced others to further torture and brutality by their captors. You degraded your fellow servicemen, besmirched their good names, and belittled their courageous service to our nation all in one fell swoop.
Then to add insult to injury, we know that you--a low ranking naval officer--took it upon yourself (in contravention of the law) to go to Paris, France, to upstage Secretary of State Kissinger and to meet with representatives of the enemy in order to implement your own plan to ''Win the Peace.'' In the process, Candidate Kerry, you compromised our fighting men in time of war and your efforts to undermine your government and its policies and plans resulted in prolonging the Vietnam War and the suffering and sacrifices of Americas POWs. (This sounds remarkably similar to what you're doing now in relation to the War in Iraq.) It's ''Déjà Vu all over again!''
How can we trust you now to tell the truth about the War on Terror and the fight for freedom when we know you have a selfish ulterior motive and we see that your constant criticism of the war in Iraq is once again giving aid and comfort to the enemy? It encourages them to fight on and will embolden them to take more heads. Obviously, your constant criticism of our president on the war in Iraq is nothing but an effort to divide our country and is calculated to send a message to terrorists everywhere. They are receiving your signals loud and clear that they can take yet another head (of State) by prolonging the violence and murder of innocents until they get a talking head like you to replace a true and fearsome leader and patriot like President Bush.
Candidate Kerry, what we don't know is why any American should vote for a man running for president of the United States who dishonored his country during the Vietnam War and who apparently received less than an Honorable Discharge when being separated from service? Americans deserve to know before voting on Election Day why they should vote for someone like you under these circumstances. Unless you sign Form 180 and release all of your records, we will be forced to conclude that the recent release of documents showing that your military discharge was ''subject to review by a board of officers'' meaning in no uncertain terms that you did not receive an Honorable Discharge from the service. Can you prove otherwise? If so please do so before we vote. Thank you.
Sincerely,

I am convinced Comrade Kerry has absolutely no clue what the word "honor" means,,,much less how it applies
Thank you, great letter, and hopefuly it brings much needed results.
I can't believe that it's only 18 days before the election, and STILL no outcry from the media about his military records. They completely gave him a pass.
If this were the 1700's Kerry would have fled the country years ago to avoid the number of duels to which such a cad and liar would have surely been challenged....
Question, can and could charges be filed against John Kerry
for his actions. His false charges before the select commette, contacting representatives of an enemy government?? If so how would this be done??
Their hands are covered in blood.
Between 10.000 and 20,000 of our men in uniform
died when in front of congress Kerry lied.
An unknown number of our POWS where tortured and
murdered when in front of congress Kerry lied.
over one million Vietnamese and over ten million
Cambodians died when in front of congress Kerry lied.
Kerry's hands and the hands of those in congress
and the media who bought into Kerry's
lies are covered in blood.
Now look at your hands. If you are supporting
John Kerry in his bid for the office of President
of the United States your hands are also covered in
blood.

And don't forget the MSM's complicity by refusing to demand that he release all of his records while scrutinizing, insinuating and misleading the whold country about President Bush's military record. One man's shameful behavior is overshadowed by a whole industry's complicity as they protect their "favorite son".
