Carville is an unelected propagandist, just like lots of talk-show people are----let him buy his own air time. To have him presented on a news show as a serious analyst is bunk.

I never really thought about the 'breath control' issue. You are right. All the dim spokesmen/people practice this. They leave no room for rebuttal. They also talk over the pubs.

I was wondering what you think the 'right' tactic is to counter machine-gun lying.
It probably depends on the setting. My own speculation was to have an ejaculation (look it up) of some kind - "Bull!", "Oh, come on!", which you could interject without really interrupting them. I suppose a cluster of them, increasingly more exasperated might work. Your thoughts?

Yeah, this "machine-gun lying" tactic is nothing new, though it is being refined through heavy practice. This is the reason I just don't have the patience to talk politics with anyone who has been indoctrinated with the Leftist ideology - they don't care what's true and not true nearly as much as they care what supports their cause and hurts the opponents'.
Yep. Its a classic and Ketchup Boy's campaign is devoid of original thought. I find myself hard pressed to think of one contribution they've made to the political discourse this year other than dressing down the hired help and giving people the false hope a President Kerry will lay his hands on the lame and make them get out of their wheelchairs and walk again. Its been a year full of Kodak Moments.
