Authorities in Chapel Hill warn there's a guy exposing himself to women at an apartment complex.
Victims told police the man claims to have been locked out of his apartment without his pants and asks to use the phone. But police said the seemingly embarrassing situation is just a ruse to get inside the women's apartments.
The latest incident was reported Monday night. But police said the phony flasher has been exposing himself for nearly a year.
A police crisis counselor said the guy apparently gets a kick out of manipulating women. Copyright 2004 by The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.
No strangers get into my house. Simple policy.
Dang. They're on to me....
Dad, is that you?
Who would let this guy in?! Oh wait...
"Marcie Dahlgren-Frost. Dahlgren is my maiden name, Frost is my married name. I'm single again, but I never bothered to remove the frost. And I get compliments on the hyphen."
Your dad Freeps?
I would wonder what they were doing outside naked in the first place.

Pantless man knocking on door incessantly.
Lady inside: "Alright, alright, keep your pants on!"
HAHAHAHA! How about yelling from behind the door "Its NOT Halloween! Now take a hike!"
