I'm an Aunt of a gay man, and it made my blood boil too! I get upset that the Liberals try to make it sound like all conservatives are Anti Gay. I must admit I don't understand everything about the lifestyle, but I do know that I love my nephew unconditionally, and am glad to know that he has a caring partner. From what I've seen and read, President Bush believes as I do that no one wants to turn gays into second class citizens. I want them to have the same rights as the rest of the population, and think that legally contructed Civil Union laws can accomplish that. My only problem is the need of the activists to insist that Civil Unions aren't enough, and insist on Marriage. I may be wrong, but I do think in his heart that is how the President feels as well. It is frustrating to have him portrayed as a "homophobe".
She's still mad at Kerry for not talking about her in that last question of the debate and instead talking about his dead mother... I doubt she'll do much talking the next couple of days.

I would love to see a Mary Cheney news conference with tears in her eyes talking about this, hammer and nail if it were to happen.
I havent seen ED in over a year, but the last time I saw her she seemed a little perturbed about something, if I remember right the media coverage on Iraq.

Edwards and Kerry have both brought up the Cheney's daughter for the purpose of attack and ridicule according to Cahill. The Dems true colors are not that deep.

As I suggested in another thread, let the Ladies Cheney, mother and daughter issue one join statement about the K,E&E statements:

Let Rush, Hannity, Brit, FReepers, et al. run the ball and it has started! This has been on Fox all day long and at least on Hannity's radio show.
Kerry is back-pedaling like mad, the other John is silent today and I guess Liz has gone off to float over some football game.
I can hardly wait to see what TaRAYza is going to say next... and when she does, the gang of four will have to go into full retreat mode and Carville and co. will be just apoplectic if they aren't already. I think even spinmeister that he is, he may not be able to cover this one.
