DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS

The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."
"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.

This could be the democrats way to defuse what they plan on doing, like the fake memo's defused Dubya's national guard issue.
Even if this election is a landslide for Bush, I can pretty much guarantee you that we won't "officially" know who won until around Thanksgiving (if then). No matter the outcome, the Rats are going to use their stable of tame activist judges to muddy the waters of the election results, flash-filing lawsuits and getting injunctions preventing the results from being certified around the country.
Unfortunately, there will also be some deaths from street riots, instigated by Soros money, probably in Ohio and Florida.
You are probably right. But IMHO Clinton is evil incarnate. Kerry reminds me more of the ineffectual democrats from the 70s and 80s who were just wrong about everything.

WBAP 820 AM in Dallas- Mark Davis just interviewed my Congressman....Dr.Michael Burgess.
And Congressman Burgess pointed out how this goes right along with the fact that the Dems have hired 100s of lawyers to go to battle ground states. He pointed out that they would not hire all of those lawyers...if they did not intend to use them.
So it seems the Dems are planning to try and steal the election. They will make the bogus charges and file lawsuits. They won't let this outing stop them.

This exact strategy is being played out in Ohio right now.
Steffie Tubbs-Jones is black - she is on the Kerry-Edwards National campaign. She has started this entire plan, letter by letter, since the beginning of October.
Ken Blackwell, our SOS, was on Dayside yesterday and knocked it out in plain English for everyone to understand - the Kerry campaign wants to change the law to allow stop-n-shop voting at the precinct of the voter's choice. I sent him this information from Drudge.
Oh, and Ken Blackwell is black. He's also going to be the next Governor of Ohio.

If Drudge is so dumb to fall for a cheap-looking fake (if that's what this is), his credibility will fall to near Dan-Rather levels in my book.
At least I hope that he will quickly come out and admit he was fooled (if he was), unlike Rather.
