DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS

The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."
"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.

Their plan is simple. Keep the election as close as possible so their fraud can be enough for a win.

Whoa, 66 pages....there has to be some really good dirt in that memo...remember how Marc Racicot savaged Al Gore in 2000 with the Dem memo on suppressing the military vote...we have some guys on our side who know what to do with this kind of stuff. This is like the Union soldier finding the Conferedates' battle plan for Antietam in the middle of the field.
First evidence of this was last night on the NBC nightly news with some charge in Detroit that the GOP was surpressing votes there. The story at first looke like a direct hit piece on the GOP , but at the end they discredited the charge.
Imagine how bad 2000 would have been if Lieberman was a trial lawyer? Now we know why Edwards was a must add to the ticket..............
The Democrats believe that they will need massive voter fraud to win and they need to intimidate those who would catch them in the act.
I wouldn't bet the farm on that, though.
This memo is written by Hillary after she read that the polls are TIED!! Watch out for Kerry's FBI files to be leaked by the Clintons....maybe even his Naval Records!!

DIM VOTER FRAUD EXISTS IN EVERY ELECTION!! What they should be crying about is that we didn't LET them steal it by fraud!!
