You just wanted to hug the man (even if you don't normally hug men)
Stephanopoulos on Nightline insisting that Kerry isn't a Liberal!!!! He's a "moderate." Snuffy's remark unchallenged (surprise!) by grinning Koppel on this.
I'm sure that it's already been done,
But I second that emotion. Go W.!!
Geez, I'm glad that I saw your post, I did'nt know about the govenor's debate. Thanks.
KERRY: We're all God's children, Bob. And I think if you were to talk to Dick Cheney's daughter, who is a lesbian, she would tell you that she's being who she was, she's being who she was born as.
Go Here For The Entire Speech:

What? Where? Link?
PRESIDENT BUSH WINS BY A LANDSLIDE!!!!
OMG..........it's worse than I'd imagined. Thank you so much.
Just go the website. It's on the main page, though the results have been severely screwed over by the DUs. It now says it was KErry who won 60-35%. Blast it man, those damned DUers struck again.
As I said on another thread, I can say how I feel about the debate than Howard Cosell said years ago:
FRAZIER IS DOWN!!! FRAZIER IS DOWN!!! FRAZIER IS DOWN!!!
The requirement Gramma2b is speaking of was in effect in 1974 anyway. That is when I was 12. My father went hunting every year and I remember begging to go with for a number of years. Even fondling the rifle. Guess it wasn't in effect in Mass. or where ever JFKerry was living back then.
I heard that too and I was stunned. I don't believe that.
"My husband, the ultimate swing voter and my proverbial finger-in-the-wind, said Bush won with his "faith" answer and that sKerry buried himself by babbling on nonsensically, instead of complimenting the Prez and then S(ing)TFU, after it."
Couldn't agree more. I thought his "faith" answer was tremendous. It was a loaded question, much like all of Communist Bob's questions tonight, and Bush gave a thoughtful, lucid, moving answer. I am not religious, but I thought he won some voters with that answer.
1. Faith Question - Bush was very passionate and forthright. His answer "I have heard there are many people who pray for me. I know they do. I FEEL THEM" --- Kerry rambled and tried to sound religious, and that is exactly how he came across, as trying.
2. Wife question : Bush buried Kerry here. His answer was warm, loving and went straight to the heart of every married couple in America. "it was Love at First Sight". Perfect. --- Kerry : "I married up" WTF kind of answer was that. Cold heartless uncaring. Lost major points right there/
Finally the most defining moment of this election so far: The "kitty Dukakis Question" "There you again" MOment :
3. Mary Cheney - John Kerry lost the election at the very moment he brought up Mary Cheney. His action was dispicable low ugly dirty politics at it's worst.
America can stomach mudslinging, the can handle candidates bashing each other. BUT, when you bring your opponents family into the fray you have crossed a line that does not get crossed.
Mark my words : If this gets legs (and it seems to have them already), and Kerry has to issue a staement or apology the election is over! Kerry already had low likability numbers. With his Wife answer and the Cheney gaffe his numbers will plummet.
"Below is a question that Bob Schieffer should have asked, using the same template as ALL the questions asked of Bush tonight:
Senator Kerry, over the course of your service in the Senate you voted against every major weapons bill, have advocated for a cradle-to-the-grave nanny state, made statements that show no firm convictions on any given subject, and have been continually ranked the #1-most-liberal senator. Considering that this puts you far from mainstream America values & beliefs how can you use the bully pulpit to pass or enforce any meaningful policy that will benefit the majority of American citizens?"
Yeah, but then he wouldn't have been able to ask his, "Senator, everything is a mess, and its the President's fault. How on earth will you fix it all? questions. I thought that the CBS scandal might cause Schieffer to play it more down the middle, but he was as leftist as usual. In the 2008 elections, the Republicans cannot allow the debates in this format again.
Why do you call him that? Just curious, because I thought he was sort of OK.
I'd like to know what in Wes Clark's mind makes her a "public figure". We have never seen her on TV. It was the straight daughter that has shown up with Richard at the stumps.
That is who he was gunning for tonight. Let's hope it worked. I thought he was incredibly effective on those last couple questions.
