Just another "deep pockets' lawsuit as far as I'm concerned.

Now, O gets hit by an employee that went to CNN and then wanted to come back to FOX.I'm not a fan of Bill O'Reilly, but that bothers me as well. How threatened could she have felt if she called him and asked if she could have her job back?

The thing about a sexual harassment lawsuit is it doesn't matter if it true or not, it will ruin the defendant. If this is a liberal shenanigan to ruin O'Reilly, they could not have chosen a more effective weapon.

In NY, the "Supreme Court" is the trial court- the "Court of Appeals" is the highest court. Just NY's odd legal nomenclature

There was a young commentator on the Factor a few years ago. I think she was related to Aaron Neville. She left abruptly. I could tell there was something going on there between them.
Is she the one who filed the law suit?

O'Reilly's not a virgin.
Someone had sex with him.
Not enough alcohol on the planet to make me do that.
To: Politicalities
I'm sure it is extortion. Part of the woman's affidavit references her boss at CNN being fired for sex harrassment as well. This doesn't mean O'Reilly didn't provide her with the ammunition to take him down though.

I have never been as enthralled with O'Reilly as he is with himself. Though it has been a long, long time (circa BJ & Hillary) since I watched The Factor, I don't have much difficulty imagining him say the sex stuff. Yuck.

Wait a minute. On page 3, at the very top, the report says:
WESTWOOD ONE and BILL O'REILLY to preach the principles of the so-called "compassionate conservatism" espoused by George W. Bush and the Republican Party. The Defendants also use this forum to preach their belief in family values and to bemoan the moral decline of politicians and others in positions of power.
This doesn't pass the smell test. Look how it's worded. It doesn't look like a legal report, it looks like a DNC handbook. "so-called compassionate conservatism?" "Preach their belief...and bemoan..."
Looks like crap.

"state supreme court"
---My understanding is that NY doesn't call it's regular court district but supreme, If you ever watch Law & Order you'll notice they always call their courts supreme

I hope this "turncoat" loses his spot on Fox!

You're thinking of Arthel Neville. No, she isn't the one filing the lawsuit; but I was always put off watching Bill's overtly flirtatious banter with her whenever she was on.
