O'Reilly in trouble!
not only that but God is watching us.
My guess is that since Fox has become CNN-lite, it WON'T be a conservative that would replace O'Reilly.
LOL too much caffeine for you
Is it remotely possible that O'Reilly set himself up through his actions or is it automatic that the woman is lying?
Oh, there is no doubt she taped him on the phone...illegally. Oh well.
I wonder if Bill's vibrator is shaped like a leprechaun.
Here is what it is all about ...
11. At all times mentioned herein, Defendant Bill O'Reilly was and is the host and "star" of "The O'Reilly Factor". The "O'Reilly Factor" is broadcast on cable television ....(no viewable)... Westwood One and Bill O'Reilly utilize this forum to preach the principles of the so-called "compasionate conservatism" espoused by George W. Bush and the Republican Party. The Defendants also use this forum to preach their belief in family values and to emoan the moral decline of politicians and others in positions of power.
Let me be on the jury. After clinton got a pass, rape and sexual harrassment do not exist in my book, particurly if the victim is a democrat.
Nevertheless, this complaint is indicative of a bad relationship between O'Reilly and one of his long time producers. I also see that he tends to hire female producers. I predict that this puts a huge dent in his popularity and may well ruin his career by the time it is over.
Well, my husband has been saying that O'Reilly has to always talk about sex and he was right but I had no idea!!
AND he is supposed to be looking out for us? HA! Wonder if he'll be on tv tonight?
Fox and O'Reilly were attempting to get an injunction against Al Franken and his publisher to prevent them from distributing "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right." The judge dismissed Fox's suit.

If her allegations are true, then (a) O'Reilly 'set himself up' but (b) she should have gone to Fox management to prevent all of the incidents after the first or second one. It doesn't excuse him, but will likely excuse Fox and certainly casts some doubt on how serious she thought his alleged behavior was.
what sort of sounds?
Why did she come back to work for him? I think O'Reilly and Fox were set up. How stupid of him. Even if only one thing is true, he looks like the idiot he is.

Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my FoxFan list. *Warning: This can be a high-volume ping list at times.
One of the lawyer's previous clients was nailed for arranging to put up fabricated emails on the cooperate computer to aid his case. Also read the below. It smells.

O'Reilly could easily deny this by saying he rejects the allegations and the "allegator".
She didn't call him, he called her - read the thing.
