Is it remotely possible that O'Reilly set himself up through his actions or is it automatic that the woman is lying?

If her allegations are true, then (a) O'Reilly 'set himself up' but (b) she should have gone to Fox management to prevent all of the incidents after the first or second one. It doesn't excuse him, but will likely excuse Fox and certainly casts some doubt on how serious she thought his alleged behavior was.

If this case goes forward, the depositions should be interesting to say the least.

And I'd bet O'Reilly's attorneys are going to ask--no, beg--for a gag order and that the depositions be sealed.
