You're right. David Horowitz wrote a new book about Unholy Alliance between the Left and the radical element of Islam.

Thanks. I'm leaving to go do some yoga and relax :-) I foresee lots of yoga and deep breathing dealing with these libs in the last three weeks.

Yoga's good, you have less chance of sustaining muscle pulls when you crack their heads.

Mini-stroke?? For real??

I sympathize with you cyborg. I even have decided to take the effort to take time off work, fly down to my hometown (where I'm still registered) and vote in person, there's a very strong "cheating is OK, wouldn't you cheat if it meant Hilter didn't get in power?" mentality here; I don't trust these people to not to mess up my absentee ballot somehow.

It's hard living in a liberal area... lived in the South... I had this t-shirt that said "God bless America" or somesuch... never gave a second thought to it. Then when I came up here... I pulled that t-shirt out of the pile, put it on without a second thought, and my "friends" slapped me around pretty badly for it. It was my first real experience feeling humilated for being a Christian or Republican. I don't wear that shirt anymore, not because I'm ashamed of my beliefs, but because the swine don't need pearls. And this is supposedly a conservative part of NY, I can't imagine how hard it must be for you in NYC.

I recently put my W'04 bumper sticker on my car, it's not been keyed yet probably because it's so subtle, and I look forward to wearing my "W'04" shirt during my Election Day minivacation. Thank you for your courage to speak up...

If these people become violent after a Bush victory, then law enforcement can deal with them.

As a general rule, one does not have to worry about violence from those older than thirty-five. Revolution
and violence is the province of the young.

You must understand that many of these revolutionaries are frustrated. Their opinions were when they were young and have not matured as the aged; by now these opinions are set in stone. And when they were young, they expected great changes in society and the world. Of course, change has come but not enough to satisfy them.
They have forgotten that old saw: A few minor things have to change so that the most important things can remain the same.

It is far better to allow aging revolutionaries to complain among themselves about a revolution (of which most of them fear in their hearts) than to encourage them to participate in the political system.

I'm more convinced than ever that the liberal left is in league with the Al Queda operatives. I think these people would be really happy if another terrorist attack happened in this country.

You should have seen how they were drooling over the impending 1000th soldier killed. They went on and on looking forward to it as being the stepping stone they needed to win back the presidency. They even mulled over how best not to gloat over that 'mile marker' to hide their political purposes.

From my site this morning (keep 'em on their toes, Renee!):

In New York City, my friend Renee got her own taste of the tangible and solid hatred that liberals feel toward conservatives in general, and the GOP in particular. She was attending a meeting for people who want to volunteer for a health expo in New York, and got treated to a sermon from a Bush-loathing, foaming at the mouth liberal.

There's a guy up front talking about Bush, etc. and I'm ignoring him because it's a meeting. Then he starts really getting animated, talking loud with very anti-white rhetoric, very anti-Western rhetoric. I hold up my hand and ask him (very nicely) when is he going to be finished and help return control to the person running the meeting. A older gentleman mentions the crisis in Ethiopia, Sudan and how he travelled extensively in Africa and was about to mention Zimbabwe and the same idiot up front goes PROFITABLE FOR WHO? Then launches into a tirade against Western Civilization, etc. The self hating white idiot sitting next to him is AGREEING WITH HIM and the black lady sitting next to me is muttering that she didn't come here to get a lecture (from the man up front). I really couldn't keep my mouth shut anymore and said in a firm voice 'You're talking about this crap, and look how you're manipulating the conversation, what the hell do you know about Africa? That guy has been there, and you haven't'.

Well I thought he was going to leap over the chairs and strangle me. I wasn't going to sit there and allow him to continue to INSULT the United States of America by saying people struggling to come here are WRONG. I wasn't going to stand for the anti-white rhetoric, and someone HAD to stand up to this man. Ordinarily I would have walked out but volunteering means I get into this very expensive expo free and would mean a lot of business opportunities for me. I wasn't about to let this leftist wacko filth deprive me of the golden opportunities by walking out of the meeting. I sat there though as he continued to insult me to his other friends up front.

Meanwhile, the older gentleman walked out of the room but not before he gave me a little wink and thumbs up.

What I don't understand is the unmitigated hatred and scorn that the left heaps upon anyone who is conservative, or supports the right.

Even my volume of hate mail is increasing in intensity and venom. I don't get it.

Know what it is, neighbor? IMO..It's the fact that after 30+ years, the liberal agenda has been proven flawed, wrong, and is not being accepted by the mainstream.

And the high and mighty "educated" liberals cannot bring themselves to admit it. They cannot face the fact that those of us in "flyover" country were right, and they were wrong.

It's mass denial.

It started when Reagan was elected, ebbed with Clinton's reign, and is now at a fever pitch because, deep down, the libs know Bush is going to win.

I have yet to read the new book by David Horowitz called "Unholy Alliance" it is about the alliance between the Anti-American Left and Radical Islam.

If Kerry is elected:

1. Take away our guns, so we can't defend ourselves from #3.
2. Prosecute those who oppose them through "hate speech" and "anti-discrimination" laws.
3. Label us as traitors/enemies of the state and execute us (the guillotine would be fitting...).

"I had an experience last night that almost makes me wish that Kerry would win."

Then later:

"What are we going to do if Bush wins and these people get really violent?"

I don't want to demean you or your courage to stand up to the rabid hate filled liberal, however I do want to ask why you would have the above thoughts? Are you truly willing to accept a higher risk of attack from terrorists for the lower risk of individual attacks? We can always defend ourselves from the nutcases that individually take action much easier than we can defend the country from terrorist enemies.

So, he voiced HIS opinion in YOUR house, but when when YOU voiced YOUR opinion in YOUR house, he slunk away like a whipped dog? What a koward! And typical leftist. These leftists ALL need to be confronted like that IN PERSON. Unfortunately, it's usually only in a chatroom/forum format.

Are you unable to complain to the sponsors of the event? Where did the man come from in the first place? You didn't say--and how was it that he was speaking, at all?

If it's another 2000 election close race, I see lots of leftist thugs and their lawyers making revolution.
IMHO, this is the BIG reason most RATS support gun control.

What are we going to do if Bush wins and these people get really violent? I've seen the reports of people breaking into republican offices, etc.

Hopefully, that won't happen.

God bless you Renee for having the huevos to stand up to that bigot.

I disagree. Seen an CANSWER march up close and personal?
