THE HATE IS REAL AND PALPABLE (LICE RIDDEN DEMOCRAT VANITY)
Oct. 13,2004 | me

Posted on 10/13/2004 6:21:10 AM PDT by cyborg

I had an experience last night that almost makes me wish that Kerry would win. Last night I attended a meeting to volunteer for a health expo. I expect most attendees to be left leaning and anti-Bush. However, I was not prepared for what I encountered. I'm sitting there, a bit tired from work but in a really good mood. There's a guy up front talking about Bush, etc. and I'm ignoring him because it's a meeting. Then he starts really getting animated, talking loud with very anti-white rhetoric, very anti-Western rhetoric. I hold up my hand and ask him (very nicely) when is he going to be finished and help return control to the person running the meeting. A older gentleman mentions the crisis in Ethiopia, Sudan and how he travelled extensively in Africa.. and was about to mention Zimbabwe and the same idiot up front goes PROFITABLE FOR WHO? Then launches into a tirade against Western Civilization, etc. The self hating white idiot sitting next to him is AGREEING WITH HIM and the black lady sitting next to me is muttering that she didn't come here to get a lecture (from the man up front). I really couldn't keep my mouth shut anymore and said in a firm voice 'You're talking about this crap, and look how you're manipulating the conversation, what the hell do you know about Africa? That guy has been there, and you haven't'.

Well I thought he was going to leap over the chairs and strangle me. I wasn't going to sit there and allow him to continue to INSULT the United States of America by saying people struggling to come here are WRONG. I wasn't going to stand for the anti-white rhetoric, and someone HAD to stand up to this man. Ordinarily I would have walked out but volunteering means I get into this very expensive expo free and would mean a lot of business opportunities for me. I wasn't about to let this leftist wacko filth deprive me of the golden opportunities by walking out of the meeting. I sat there though as he continued to insult me to his other friends up front. Meanwhile, the older gentleman walked out of the room but not before he gave me a little wink and thumbs up hehehe.

I'm more convinced than ever that the liberal left is in league with the Al Queda operatives. I think these people would be really happy if another terrorist attack happened in this country. It's unbelievable that some people HATE this country so much. This guy was a Vietnam veteran too, and he made it sound as if it was the worst thing he ever did. Why are these liberals so IRRATIONAL? I get into debates here and real life with fellow conservatives and how is we are able to end up agreeing to disagree (if we do disagree) without someone looking like a rabid dog?

What are we going to do if Bush wins and these people get really violent? I've seen the reports of people breaking into republican offices, etc.

Make them wish they had signed up for the NRA I guess. There's plenty of conservatives that wouldn't have a problem defending their property and lives.

Yeah... I hope Bush wins big, big enough so there's not another repeat of 2000.

If you don't stand up for what you believe, your silence is the same as agreeing. It is good and courageous what you did.

I've never gotten into a real drag-out argument/fight at any of my work places (a lib and I used to tease each other a lot, but she was cool and it was done good-naturedly).

I'm so proud, I may post a picture of Anna Kournikova in your honor. ;-)

Good for you,Cyborg! You're awesome. Don't let any of those shi*bags stop your progress. Your actions may have inspired other people in the audience to act next time.

We never know how we affect people on the other side of the room. It's an opportunity to lead by example.

If these folks get violent after Bush wins, I hope he has the courage to activate the National Guard where these folks are acting up the most and restore order. This is nonsense! If anyone had a reason to "get Medieval" on someone, it was those who had to endure eight years of Bill Clinton! But we held our peace and thanked God that he could no longer run for office!

These folks need to do the same or be prepared to sit their butts in a jail cell! Play time with these hateful people should end!

Exactly why I had to answer his ranting and raving. BTW, that's all I got to say *lol* because he wouldn't let me talk afterwards.

When General Lee was about to surrender the Army of Nothern Virginia to Grant and effectively end the Civil War, it was suggested that instead of surrending and going home that the army disperse into the hills and wage guerilla war.

General Lee said no. That would surely destroy the country. He said the struggle we fought for is over, we lost and the country must be re-united.

I fear a win the by President will have many people consider the other option.

Thanks. I don't mind having a discussion of people's past, etc. and I don't mind a rational discussion about US history but please. This is 2004, and there's way too much opportunity out there to be whining.

Believe me if this was in class, at work,or wherever, I would have gone nasty, in the street nuclear *LOL* The last time I didn't curse someone out when they needed it, I ended up in the hospital with a mini-stroke.

You're right. I fear it too, but I'd rather get it over with now than leave the mess for our children to clean up. Win, lose, or draw.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks there will be violence if Bush wins. I don't mean if Bush wins big either. If it's another 2000 election close race, I see lots of leftist thugs and their lawyers making revolution. That's what was setting me off about last night. There were poeple actually advocating BLOODY REVOLUTION and how it was necessary to tear this country down.

I fear a Bush win, a situation like in the 2000 election because I really do believe the liberals will turn very violent.
