Kerry is a nuisance. Of course if you take out the "is" you get nuance.

In Washington, Republican Party chief Ed Gillespie criticized Kerry for saying in an interview in The New York Times Magazine that, ``We have to get back to the place we were, where terrorists are not the focus of our lives, but they're a nuisance.'' He appeared to equate terrorism to prostitution and illegal gambling, saying they can be reduced but not ended.

It dosen't matter. This line will be picked up and run just like the Willie Horton thing. Kerry is an utter a-hole, and deserves it for his pitiful use of the English language.

this should be his downfall. landslide bush.

One would think so.

However, none of his dumbed-down followers could grasp that statement.

"He's lost all connection to reality, as have most liberal-demokkkRAT vermin."

His "plan" must be to give in to the Islamofascists in every way, giving them no reason to try and detroy this country because they can have it uncontested.

Kerry should go visit al-Zarqawi and discuss nuisances.

I can believe that. That means he won't address them. He, like Clinton, views terrorist activity is something to be ignored, and swept out of public view. 3500 dead people from the WTC is just the cost of doing business.

Kerry won't defend us. He won't take the battle to the terrorists. Kerry won't promote freedom in the world.

Bush and Cheney better use this new Kerry quote to pound him into the ground. This is new ammunition for the Bush campaign and they better use it.

"When I asked Kerry what it would take for Americans to feel safe again, he displayed a much less apocalyptic worldview. ''We have to get back to the place we were, where terrorists are not the focus of our lives, but they're a nuisance,'' Kerry said. ''As a former law-enforcement person, I know we're never going to end prostitution. We're never going to end illegal gambling. But we're going to reduce it, organized crime, to a level where it isn't on the rise. It isn't threatening people's lives every day, and fundamentally, it's something that you continue to fight, but it's not threatening the fabric of your life."

To be fair... this is in fact a mis-quote of Kerry...

In Washington, Republican Party chief Ed Gillespie criticized Kerry for saying in an interview in The New York Times Magazine that, ``We have to get back to the place we were, where terrorists are not the focus of our lives, but they're a nuisance.''
