Sinclair Broadcast Group, one the nation's largest broadcasting groups, has instructed its stations to pre-empt their regular programming just days before the upcoming presidential election to air the anti-Kerry documentary "Stolen Honor: Wounds That Never Heal."

Folks, this might as well be an October suprise! Everyone is going to know all about Kerry's anti-War activities now!

Just as the Michael Moore film generated interest by conservatives as well as others, this real documentary will generate interest.

It is a win-win situation for those who support George W Bush. Any attempts to pressure/pull the documentary will cause media attention of some sort.

In short, the more attention it gets, the better.

Howard Hughes, I think back in the 1940s, pulled a major Hollywood marketing breakthrough by saying a movie was too hot to show, so they shelved it for about a year or two.

Then there was much greater demand to see the movie based on the controversy.

Sinclair can cause the Kerry record of supporting communist North Vietnam to come to the surface -- one way or another.

the only reason shes staying out there on this campaign is to keep her eyes on that wussy hubby of hers....

Nope .. she is a mini version of Hellary and wants Johnny Reed to be President some day ... she has been very active in his campaign .. since way before the Dem Primaries

The Howard Hughes directed movie Outlaw was completed in 1941, but was not released until 1943 because it was too hot of a movie -- a Howard Hughes marketing plow.

This made this movie earn more than if he had released it in 1941.

So if the liberals decide to challenge Sinclair, the publicity surrounding John Kerry's support of communism will be read by many Americans, even if Sinclair is somehow blocked from showing the film.

But since there is Freedom of the Press, the Liberals will have a tough time blocking Sinclair after the Dan Rather Fiasco with the forged documents.

Note the above is my opinion on what the next few weeks will have in store.

Finally, we need to hear more of the great progress our Troops in Iraq (and Afghanistan) have made in areas of helping the Iraqi people rebuild their Infrastructure.

well, would you take a $12/hour job if you were as brilliant as they are? C'mon!! Get Real!!

Would you pay them $12/hour if you were smart enough to own a company which supported such jobs? I think not!

For those comparing Kerry to Lurch, I highly resent it because Lurch is charming and humorous, two qualities which Kerry lacks.

For those comparing Stolen Honor to Farenheight 911, I resent that as well. Stolen Honor is factual, not fiction with a few selected facts to garnish the s*** sandwich.

I just saw "Stolen Honor." It is a highly credible series of interviews with Hanoi Hilton POWs and their wives. It's a Must See presentation for those who want to understand the depth of feeling about John Kerry's post-Vietnam activities -- though some small excerpts have already been shown to the public in political ads that ran last month.

Speaking of October surprises. A few weeks ago on Hannity, someone called and told Sean that there was film footage of Kerry burning an American flag and urinating on it. That this guy had seen it in the news casts on his local TV station in the 70's. Has anyone heard any more about that?

Do the Swifties have that, holding it for late October?

Are distributors of the movie going to do any advertising? In particular, will they advertise on television?

And Soros is a smart guy...

.......and many Democrats are following this Pied Piper to their doom - who in their right mind wants someone to buy the American presidency - apparently Democrats do and don't care a whit about their nation's future. Are Democrats truly this un-patriotic?

Amazing how the Democrats consider bringing up Kerry's accusations against Vietnam vets to be an unfair smear and yet they were completely behind bringing out a 25 year old DUI. Evidently news is only news when it concerns President Bush - news is considered dirty politics when Kerry is the subject!

Wow! Thanks for the link http://www.sbgi.net/business/television.shtml

I just called our local Sinclair station, using the address you provided here, and found out that they've had abour 30 calls against it, and 4 calls in favor of it. Get on the horn, folks! Call your local Sinclair affiliate, find out when, and express voluble thanks! Maybe even promise to buy something a sponsor advertises!

Steve on FOX and Friends says putting the Moore movie on tv is in the works. Thats when ED said" Oh, then that makes it balanced." She needs to go on another vacation. What an airhead.
