Yes, I did, but I think he's had to lower the amount he uses it because people started to laugh at him. A drinking game keyed on "Vietnam" would have been a much more sober affair tonight than one keyed on "I have a plan."

I heard today that right after the last Bush/Kerry debate, the polls said 14% thought Kerry won. After a week or so of media spin, a new poll said 80% now say he won. Perception is all that matters anymore to the masses.
