Kerry implies we should inspect 95% of all containers coming into the country? It cannot be done without more than drastically increasing inspection budgets for Customs, Immigration and Agriculture. Guess where this budget will come from? Hey guys and gals, the good news is we are safe, the bad news is we are broke. Kerry is an idiot and promising the impossible to get elected.

I thought early on, Kerry was scoring some points... bus Bush is totally turning this around. I like the tie-in on the intelligence budget cuts. Kerry trying to hie Homeland Security to a tax cut for the rich? Flailing. Bad for Kerry. Bush cracked him one on that question.
