What's interesting about the question is that the Duelfer report clearly concludes that, yes, Saddam intended to pursue WMDs once the sanctions were lifted. So the 40% who voted "no" are clearly delusional.
That's almost as good as "Have you stopped beating your wife?"
Not only did he intend to produce WMDs, he killed people with them.

Hmmm...looks like they stopped the poll. They must not have liked the results.
You spy correct. How in the world can anybody think that he wasn't going to do the WMD thing eventually. He held the UN hostage via bribes and had a clear "greenlight" to do whatever in the hell he wanted to do". The dumb inspectors couldn't find their own asses. They went to Syria, then they went whereever, but to be sure they were there just waiting for someone to punch the button.
To the people in the outland "If you even entertain the thought that Saddam had NO WMD's, I will want to discuss selling you the Brooklyn Bridge...in order to facilitate your own suicide.
