If you can't take the heat, stay out of the car.
NJ version of an old saying.

I think its a good idea to pin this on arab terrorists.

Police are now saying that witnesses heard this guy shout something just before detonations. It is believed he shouted "I SAID 'BUD LIGHT'!"

Near the Lincoln Tunnel makes it suspect. Would not be the first time a car bomb went off prematurely. Awaiting further news.

Sinatra's mom Dolly used to live in Weehawken. You have nice condos on the water, with a working class Latino population (and elderly Italians) behind them.
Wouldn't suspect the Muslims unless this happened in Paterson, Clifton or JC.

BTW: A month before I left Bay Ridge, there was a shoot out in broad daylight in front of Amici's restaurant. Another "family" dispute...

More cell pockets than that. Those are just the ones that have been in the news.
Don't forget, most of the IDs from the 19 came from New Brunswick.

Rehmann?
That isn't the FBI mole with a criminal background that assisted in getting the 'fake' missile through the seaport from Russia is it?

I wonder if the gas tank was full or empty. If empty it might be a similar event to the center fuel tank that blew up on flight 800.Anybody see a missile-like object flying towards the car? ;)

Do a lot of people in New Jersey have explosives just lying around? Yes, but hollowpoint bullets are illegal and should not be kept in the home or car.

"Authorities stress it was not in any way related to terrorism."Are authorities saying that "terrorism" is only "terrorism" when it involves middle-eastern males between the ages of 17 and 45? Also, it appears as though, according to past news stories of "domestic crime", that this also involved a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
Which brings up the question, is a bomb a WMD only when it's in the United States? Case in point, a high school kid in our area was found with 6 pipe bombs in his car trunk and he was charged with 6 counts of possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction. By that definition it would seem that WMDs are all over Iraq.
