Edwards looked like a whiny little kid. He tried to appear tough and then when he broke the rules about bringing up Kerry's name during that one question, he got that goofy laugh and smile and kind of jumped up and down like he was in grade school. It was embarrassing. Look, I'm from the south and I think this guy is a major goober.

Did anyone notice the weird tongue-sticking-out thing Edwards did after taking drinks of water? My brother calls him Kermit the Frog (he called this matchup Darth vs. Kermit). Is this just a frog thing?

Cheney did not miss chances---he simply REFUSED to be put on the defensive. He answered most of the charges his way--Halliburton, for instance. Called it basically a lie and a smear and directed interested voters to the fact url--someone post it if they know it. He did sooooo well because he refused to take the bait and get defensive.
Gwen Ifils was a much better questioner than Lehrer--much more even-handed.

She made that one error with giving Edwards more time, but I'm glad--it made Edwards look like an idiot with his reaction.
