So where should the Boston Red Sox start their World Series parade? That's the question.
At Bill Buckner's house? How about from in front of Aaron Boone's plasma screen? Or maybe they can leave from the Yankee Stadium parking garage, then keep on parading till they get to home plate at Fenway?
This is a very important question in a very important October, because we want to be the first on our block to announce: The Red Sox are going to win the World Series.
That was our story back in March, and we're sticking to it. For all kinds of logical reasons:
BECAUSE THIS IS A BETTER TEAM THAN THE 2003 RED SOX, A BETTER TEAM THAN THE 1999 RED SOX, EVEN A BETTER TEAM THAN THE 1986 RED SOX

Would you like to place a sizable monetary wager on the Red Sox?
LET's GO HALO's...!!!
Bhwaaaa! Better up the medication!
they need to first beat the Angels, maybe next year
A Red Sox victory would be a sure sign of the Apocalypse.
My two favorite teams....the Yankees and anyone playing the Bosox!
The Bosox can ice skate on their victory parade through the streets of Hell.
Ain't gonna happen. Not this year. Not ever.
Too bad for the Red Sox that they won't even make it past the playoffs.
Just how many games did the Bosox win the last time they played in Ca.-now who wins
Don't count the Astros out. They're going to surprise some people.
Angels in 4
You think you'll be around in 2373 to see it?
So when you look at these Red Sox, and you size up the other seven teams, is there any reason to think they won't win? Absolutely not. Except ... "The Red Sox are the logical pick," said one scout, "except for one thing: They're the Red Sox."
Has the curse of Babe Ruth been excised?
They swept the Angels last time in CA along with the A's as I recall...
I saw a great shirt the other day...
There is no curse
You just sucked all those years
Atlanta Braves fan here, however, I have always pulled for the Red Sox in the American League.
Sadly this year I can't. It's a Presidential election year and the thought of Kerry mugging it up for the camera talking about his favorite players Manny Ortiz is too much to take.
First time in my life I am pulling for the Yankees vr Braves. (It actually wouldn't kill me if Houston won if it meant some free face time at the game for Bush 41 or Bush 43).
Boston? New York?
Who cares?
You're all the same to me... Yankees.
I hope they meet and play seven games of extra-inning rain delayed ball.
I hope Hillary and Kerry get wet in the stands, too.
A curse is a curse is a curse. I love the Red Sox (although the Cubbies are my favorite team!), but there's no way they can pull it off.
