Would you like to place a sizable monetary wager on the Red Sox?

The Bosox can ice skate on their victory parade through the streets of Hell.
Ain't gonna happen. Not this year. Not ever.

Don't count the Astros out. They're going to surprise some people.

Has the curse of Babe Ruth been excised?

Atlanta Braves fan here, however, I have always pulled for the Red Sox in the American League.
Sadly this year I can't. It's a Presidential election year and the thought of Kerry mugging it up for the camera talking about his favorite players Manny Ortiz is too much to take.
First time in my life I am pulling for the Yankees vr Braves. (It actually wouldn't kill me if Houston won if it meant some free face time at the game for Bush 41 or Bush 43).

Boston? New York?
Who cares?
You're all the same to me... Yankees.
I hope they meet and play seven games of extra-inning rain delayed ball.
I hope Hillary and Kerry get wet in the stands, too.

A curse is a curse is a curse. I love the Red Sox (although the Cubbies are my favorite team!), but there's no way they can pull it off.

I think the Angels will take it again this year in 6 over the Cardinals.

Only 14 seasons to go for the 100th anniversary of the last Red Sox series win. Only 4 for the Cubs.
