They already outnumber Republicans here in New York City.

Vote fraud is the only thing that could make Kerry a winner on November 2nd. And nothing prevents illegal aliens from voting and there are still no measures in place to safeguard the integrity of the electoral process. Its a disaster waiting to happen.

Voter fraud in Wisconsin probably won the state for Gore in 2000 and will win it for Kerry in 2004. Everyone saw what went on in Florida but not much was said about the fraud here in Wisconsin.

A pack of cigarettes and a ride to the polling place bought the homeless vote for Gore.

In this state students can vote at their colleges. It was rumored some of them were then driving home to their local precincts to vote again.

The other day on News Radio WISN they were talking about this left wing group having been deputized as voting registrars going out and signing people up to vote. The problem they have with this is even though you're are suppose to show a photo ID who was going to prove they were doing it. Then a listener called and and said his son received a card telling him he was registered to vote. The listener said his son didn't realize he had register especially since he had just gotten out of jail.

Anyone feel like a disenfranchised voter yet. As close as the last election was here in Wisconsin it appears they're trying to keep this state in the Kerry column by hook or crook.

Challenging a voter:

1. The presiding election judge or chairman, an election clerk, a poll watcher, or any other person lawfully in the polling place (a voter) may challenge the right of a voter to vote at the election.

2. The challenge must take place before the voter votes!

3. If you are unable to determine a voter’s qualifications for voting, i.e. the voter’s name is not listed on the List of Registered Voters and the Voter Registrar cannot verify registration by phone, the voter should have his right to vote challenged.

4. Other reasons to challenge a person’s right to vote are:
**Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
**Known to have voted earlier that day
**Known to have moved out of the precinct over 90 days ago but did not transfer voter registration.
**The voter is being intimidated by another voter, i.e. a husband dominating a wife or political activist intimidating a voter.
**The voter is not a U.S. citizen
**Voter is not 18 years old.

5. If the voter eligibility is challenged, the presiding judge should require the challenger to state the specific ground(s) for the challenge. This is directed to the presiding judge.

6. The presiding judge shall inform the voter of the challenge and the issues raised by the challenger. The presiding judge must then require the voter to swear to the facts that are necessary to meet the challenger’s objection(s). Ask the voter to read the Affidavit of a Challenged Voter from completely; the voter must fill out the form in its entirely if he wishes to vote. If the challenged voter does not execute the Affidavit of a Challenged Voter, the voter may not be accepted for voting, and “Rejected” shall be entered on the List of Registered Voters beside the voter’s name.

7. If the voter is accepted for voting and his name is not on the List of Registered Voters, fill out the information required on the Registration Omissions List.

Thanks for the ping! Voter fraud is very much alive in NM. There is already litigation over it. Hopefully the NM SC will rule in favor that ALL of the new voters have to show a picture ID when they vote. Needless to say, the RATS are protesting, saying that would disenfranchise voters. That's what makes me know we've got thousands of illegal voters registered in NM. IF not for Hillary's ambitions to run in 08, I would be very concerned that President Bush would not be reelected.

As we speak, there are over 45,000 voters in Florida (about 85% 'rats) who are registered to vote in NY/NJ and Florida! E-mailed www.georgebush.com and got to write it all down, but no feedback! And I see no plan to address this, Karl. None. Nada. Zilch. Kein. Niente. Pas Aucune. Combine these "Double Dippers" with the dead, the repeaters, the illegals, the imaginary and a little after-mark magic, and the Democrats could win your state.

What's the keen Karl Rove Republican plan for dealing with this? Does anybody know. Pull-EASE do NOT say turnout!

In 2000, Gore (read Brazile, Rendell, Daley) stole 5 states that any fool can prove, maybe 1 or 2 more. We can turn'em out till the cows come home, but if we let vote fraud go unpunished, it'll be Bush who's turned out.

They outnumber all others. We may as well turn the country over to Mr. Vicente Fox.

Agreed. This is a HUGE issue that I don't see being handled, since Bush is being such a nice guy. I think others--like us--have to pick up the banner and COUNTERATTACK this assault on the nation and its citizens by exposing it and demanding/forcing its end. If John Kerry belonged to a group that contemplated assassination of the president, is it any wonder his minions would have no qualms at perverting the will of the citizenry into a win for their creep?

This is no minor issue--it is the stealing of something that so many men and women have given their lives to win and protect--the democratic process of our republic!

How low will Democrats go? (I don't just say "the Left," since this seems to be tied closely to party, rather than just ideology.)

I do hope it comes soon... these things take time, and the electorate will not be very patient for a lot of post-election adjustments.

Guess what I saw (and photographed) tonight... a vehicle (from a local college) with official Commonwealth of Pennsylvania license plates -- and a giant Kerry/Edwards sign in the back window.
