"Faith In The White House" TV Special Set To Reach 60 Million Households

Denver, Colorado Grizzly Adams Productions (GAP) announced today that nine Christian television networks which includes seven domestic/international satellites, 62 broadcast stations, 510 broadcast affiliates, and over 3,000 cable outlets, plan multiple showings of GAP's 52-minute news documentary, Faith in the White House, with over half of the broadcasts scheduled in prime time during September and October. The combined broadcast schedule will reach the largest possible audience of faith-based viewers, an estimated 60 million households.

Washington D.C.-based national talk broadcaster and family faith issues author, Janet Parshall, hosts the non-partisan, independently produced news documentary that examines the extraordinary faith and prayer life of President George W. Bush.

Reveals Bush's Stand on Faith Issues

"Christians want to know where President Bush stands on significant moral, family, and faith issues," says executive producer Ted Beckett. "Our Bush Faith TV special reveals that George W. Bush consistently walks the talk of his faith with family and associates, and in his public role as the leader of the free world."

Parshall confirms BBC correspondent Justin Webb's observation that, "Nobody spends more time on his knees than George W. Bush. The Bush administration hums to the sound of prayer. Prayer meetings take place day and night. It¹s not uncommon to see White House functionaries hurrying down corridors carrying Bibles."

"We will reach more families, and enjoy the widest possible distribution through these nine religious networks even more viewers than any broadcast of our special on a secular network," explains the documentary¹s producer and director David W. Balsiger.

This is good, but you just wait for the Dems to spin fear of 'religious fundamentalism.' Christianity will be placed side by side with 'moslem fundamentalism'. Bush will be described as a religious zealot who is dilusional.

Sorry, but democrat desparation is going to drive this IMO.

No one can link Christ with fundamentalism, because when he was on earth, he fought violence with love.

Thanks for the report! I'll be looking for the show. Word has it that President Bush's pastor knows how to speak in tongues!

EXCELLENT!!! This will help innoculate our base (and Republican-leaning Independents) against anything Michael Moore and his media enablers have planned for October!!

Yes, I understand. I have seen them attempt this before. I'm just saying that I won't be suprised if it happens again.

You are dealing with the anti 'church and state' fanatics. Take it from there.

I love the fact that they are going to do this! It's about time Christians wake up to what President Bush stands for and who he is. We need those 4 million Evangelicals that didn't bother to vote in 2000 out at the polls on November 2. Bush is the real deal...Kerry is a phony.

The media calls President Bush a radical fundamentalist anyway. I don't see that anything will be different. This message is to get the Christian base out and I believe it will do that. People that hate God and Christianity aren't going to vote for GWB, anyway.

A Matter of Character: Inside the White House of George W. Bush.
I'm about halfway through this book and what is says about Bush is wonderful; what is says about some of his predecessors and their successful efforts to denude this country of its national defense shield is horrifying.

Well, wasn't his faith already compared to the type practiced by the Taliban?

He's been under attack for being a Christian for years. Documentary or no, that'll remain constant. So might as well move forward with it. I'm going to etch out a time to watch one of these airings.

"No one can link Christ with fundamentalism, because when he was on earth, he fought violence with love."

He didn't have to fight off violence -> Jesus Christ IS God and the plan was to have Him die for us. Wait till He returns. If you are here you'll see more violence that you could possibly imagine.

If you ever read the Old Testament, God used wars ALL the time to set things right. So I'm confused at your statement.

I fully support the airing of this. I think his Christianity is an excellent selling point. I just realize the depravity the democrats have sunk to.

All we need to do is make sure the Christians turn out to vote. That alone is enough to defeat the Democrats this year.
