Melbourne/Palm Bay is getting winds that are starting to uproot trees. Went outside to let my puppy out and the poor thing almost blew away. The rain isn't to bad though.

So you think this hurricane is the real McCoy? I keep thinking it will degrade into tropical storm status before making landfall. But all the postings I read here tell me otherwise.
