CAMP RUN A MUCK THANKS GREAT BRITAIN!!! Camp Run-A-Muck Originator - Tomkow6
|
|
The United Kingdom, consisting of Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland) and Northern Ireland, is twice the size of New York State. England, in the southeast part of the British Isles, is separated from Scotland on the north by the granite Cheviot Hills; from them the Pennine chain of uplands extends south through the center of England, reaching its highest point in the Lake District in the northwest. To the west along the border of Walesa land of steep hills and valleysare the Cambrian Mountains, while the Cotswolds, a range of hills in Gloucestershire, extend into the surrounding shires. |
|
About 31,000 British troops have already been sent to the Gulf. These include 26,000 soldiers, drawn from 1 UK Armoured Division, 7 Armoured Brigade (The Desert Rats), 16 Air Assault Brigade, and 102 Logistics Brigade. About 4,000 marines are being sent, from 40 and 42 Commando of 3 Commando Brigade. Prime Minister Tony Blair told MPs on Monday there was no way the US and Britain would back down over Iraq disarming - despite opposition at home and abroad. He said he was prepared to gamble his career on the issue, saying he did not want to be remembered as someone who "did nothing" about terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. Thank you Tony Blair!!

Those unmanned planes are so cool! I know, I know, cool is probably not very descriptive, but it fits the bill. Amazing things our military can do with those planes. Thanks, Radix.

A Bart Simpson flashlight is ok, but does it have batteries? Better still, if it does have batteries, does it work? And Bart is not enough!! Get with the program....a hurricane is coming!! Do you have bottled water? Toilet paper? Food that doesn't need heating?

I'd have likely ventilated my poor boots.
Post 355 shows the dreaded red 'x'..
Hmm..
In my area, if you so much as try to defend yourself from bear attack, they seem to believe you instigated it.
Depends largely who is on duty with the fish game and wildlife at that hour, or if the park service rangers who hunt are on.
