If they all decide to slash their wrists in despair after waking up on Nov 3 to Kerry's landslide defeat, I'll shed nary a tear for any of them. Hell, I'll send them fresh razor blades.

er.. DAMN dude..

I'm just as angry over this as everyone here, but I don't wish that on them.

Let's try not to be like the DUmba**es, 'kay?

Sophia can say that she had her sign ripped up by a person of tolerance and diversity.

I hope to hell that all those people in that crowd feel really proud of themselves when they see this photo.

There are conservative democrats. Zell Miller is a good example. It's the liberals you gotta loathe.

We need someone in journalism to write up a report about how many liberal/anti-war/anti-Bush protests have been violent and compare how many pro-Bush rallies have been.

BC 04 ought to have her and her dad on a plane ASAP to meet President Bush, to present her with a nice big autographed sign. This is a perfect excuse to rip the Demo's and get more free campaign coverage.

Little girl cries

Someone on another thread talked about making a bumper sticker of this picture.

What I'd like to see is the picture made into a poster, with words below to the effect: "Democrat Terrorists", or "Kerry Supporters Abuse Children". You know, something with a subtle message.

If anyone does this, please ping me, as I want to get it printed up to place in the yard. On a street with several Kerry signs.

It's the moron with the upside down sign in the background that really tells the whole story.

I gotta question Dad's judgement regarding allowing a three-year-old to display such a sign a 'rat' rally in the first place; let alone bringing her to such an event!

I gotta agree with you.It also appears as if dad was holding the sign. His daughters hands are resting on his head. It's not an excuse for someone to tear up their sign, but if you're going to play with fire, leave the kids at home.

she got punished for being a proto-fascist!

This brings to mind a comment about killing Indian children: "nits make lice" (Sand Creek Massacre?, 1864). Perhaps we are the 21st. Century's Indians.

That would be good --- show her smiling again -- next to Cheney or Bush. "For the children" should never be used by democrats.

The ID of the thug needs to be exposed. That way the whole world will know who he is and what he is about.

I wish I would have been there to knock the his teeth in.
The child is practically a baby for the love of God.
What the hell is wrong with these people?

Believe me, most the guys I used to work with would be appalled by the actions of the jerk. I can see why people who really have little contact with union people would think that we're all wild-eyed fanatics from such incidents, but the class warriors are just a minority. Most of us think for ourselves and our primary civic identity is as patriotic Americans, not politicized Democratic operatives. When I was in the union, I never voted for a Democrat, never attended a Democratic politcal rally and certainly never ripped a sign out of a kid's hands. I never accepted the leftist union line about the workers versus the greedy owners, but neither will I subscribe to mass villification of the rank and file for the actions of the few. Thank goodness, we're still a nation of individuals, not groups, and that includes people who happen to belong to labor unions too. That said, there certainly is a segment that think union membership means release from the laws of human decency when they are engaged in some orginized public activity. But that's a minority. At least where I was. Maybe it's different in the Northeast, but I never saw this class warfare attitude from the people I worked with.

As I said on another thread, Sophia is so sweet. The poor 3 y/o .doesn't understand what happened. She only knows that her sign was trashed. I'll be interested in her political views in 2019

This is an public airport withing the United States of America you are talking about. Not some craphole bar in Columbia.

For being so liberal, you sure have lost your ideals of exactly what liberalism is.
I will tell you it does not start with oppressing other people views with violence.

Well it does now

He wasn't exactly sitting inside the airport minding his own business was he?If he wants to protest,er I mean "express his views",that's fine and dandy.Just don't bring the kids along when you know there's a chance of a confrontation and then pretend you didn't expect any problems.Hopefully,President Bush will steer clear of this one.It DOES look like a setup.

If women get in a position where they need to know how to defend themselves, they should know how, but they shouldn't purposely be put in that position, said Parlock, a Barboursville father of 10 children.http://content.gannettonline.com/gns/iraq/20030719-26621.shtml

Funny how he couldn't take his own advice.Trust me,stear clear of this one.
