I'm telling you, all roads point to Travis County, Texas, Travis County Democrat Party -- where, by the way, Bill Burkett's lawyer was chairman of the Travis County Democrat Party. His résumé is listed on Drudge. I mean, every Democrat honor that can be bestowed on this guy, this guy has apparently won. And the fact that that might not look suspicious to CBS is quite illustrative of where CBS stands and starts their day every day anyway. But here's Rather, this is on WCBS-TV in New York yesterday -- which is going down the tubes, by the way -- carrying Rather's evening newscast. Finished dead last Tuesday night. I mean, finished behind Simpson's rerun! Finished behind reruns of the King of Queens, for crying out loud! It finished in last place on every TV station that Nielson rates in New York City. Marcia Kramer, the reporter, interviewed Dan Rather and she said, "Do you still think that the documents are authentic?"

That pic goes GREAT with my own piece:
Tick, Tick, Tick.........that ticking you hear at 60 Minutes may well be a suicide bomb of it's own making. Having wrapped itself in a diseased ideology, it is willing to blow itself up to prove it's loyalty. There will be collateral damage, so take note NBC, ABC, CNN. Clutching tightly to lies, do not make them truths, nor do they lead you to them. No where have lies improved humanity.
I have thought this from the minute Kerry was nominated. The left tried to bring this country and its military down over thirty years ago.
They weren't able to do it then, although we were damaged, but they are never going to give up.
Carter never should have pardoned these criminals.
Dan, when your ratings are lower than Kent Brockman's...
...YOU'RE DONE.
lol! a creative mind.
Seems to me that while the general geographical area of origination for the memos has been isolated, WHO is still subject to investigation.
Three or four candidates in my order of suspicion:
1: Dan Rather's daughter (70-30)
2: Bill Burket (60-40)
3: Ben Barnes (50-50))
4: David Van Os (20-80)
5: Terry McA and the DNC (probably involved somewhere)
6: Dan raTHer in consert with Marion (or Marian) Knox (not likely, but who knows)
7: An employee of Kinkos =) Everyone has to be somewhere
So many tag lines so little time.

Rush has been absolutely ON FIRE these last few days.
I'd rather spend a half hour staring at Carrie's booty than at Rather's puckered old mug.

No contest!
YEAH! - mega-dittoes
1. Ann Richards, who proclaimed 41 was born with a silver foot in his mouth was stomped by 43 in the gov race and was last seen doing Dorrito to commercials.
2.Bill Clinton, who claimed it was "the economy stupid!" and his minions tried to destroy 41's reputation, looks like the low class man he is in the shadow of the current prez 43.He also is basically a joke, although much is his own doing, and the legacy building event he wished he had, 9-11, is being handled by 43 who will take his place in history as the man who cleaned up Clinton's mess.
3. Al Gore, the man who was supposed to solidify Bill's legacy is now probably insane due to an election which saw him lose to 41's son in a state governed by 41's other son.
4. Saddam Hussein tried to kill 41, 43 had Saddam's sons killed and put him in prison to await execution.
5. and finally, Dan Rather, who's deep hatred for 41, after an interview in '88 where Dan showed his disrespect for candidate Bush which caused an uproar and a call for Dans job, has tried to smear the son with forged documents. After his many years as CBS anchor he will be remembered for his Nixonian cover up and for his attempt to smear a sitting Pres.
Can you provide a little more info on this one? I can't seem to recall it.
I remember people called for him to be fired it was so bad. I doubt Rather has forgotten it either.
- and this from Media Research Center
Bush 41 DOES indeed bring up the "7 minutes" that Dan stormed off the news set near the end of that interview ...
Thank you. I knew there was a story there with a great deal of satisfaction. It is incredible, the arrogance shown by people who are really of no consequence whatsoever, who delude themselves into believing that a few million electronic images of themselves grants them the status and power of the elected leader of 260 million people.
"Carter never should have pardoned these criminals."
That reminds me of a couple of questions I would love to ask Kerry:
1 - Do you think the draft dodgers that escaped to Canada should have been pardoned?
2 - Do you thing W was more honorable than those dodgers?
3 - If you were to be president and found it necessary to form a draft, would you tolerate any dodging of the draft?
Thank you.

Did you see 60 Minutes last night? Dan Rather was as smug as I have EVER seen a tv reporter -- and he damn near called George W. Bush "out"....demanding that HE answer the questions that are in those fake documents.
It was astounding.
