CBS finds somebody to back them up!
I was watching this morning when E.D. was proclaiming that Rather & CBS were duped about the validity of the documents. I don't buy that for one minute. How can she claim they were duped when they chose to ignore the warnings of professional document experts who told them there were problems with the documents. Obviously she doesn't know that you haven't been duped if you are told by experts not to introduce the documents, and run with the story anyway. That's not being duped. That's having an agenda.
How can Rather abuse an elderly woman like this?

You're missing the fact she's making up her story from bits and pieces of comments and info from over the weekend.

What was on instead was a Franklin Graham special movie type show. What a blessing that the sheeple in North Louisiana were spared from seeing this despicable show. Thank God and thank Franklin Graham.

I still don't think she should be the focus of our anger--but Dan Rather's hiding behind her is INEXCUSABLE! He is accusing the President of the United States of dis-obeying a direct order from a superior officer--and the only proof he has for this "serious charge" is a "recreation" of a document that an 86 year old secretary said she never typed and which can only be "recreated" with word-processing technology that came along 10 years after the "direct order" was supposedly issued? Good Lord!!
