Vietnam EXPOWS is an organization of former prisoners of war from the Vietnam war.
We don't think John Kerry is fit to serve as President of the United States because of his betrayal of his fellow servicemen even while the war was still going. His actions included slander of all Americans serving in Vietnam, procuring what he knew or should have known was false testimony alleging that war crimes by Americans were routine and condoned by military leaders. He consulted privately and without authorization with communist enemy leaders and then worked to undermine American negotiators by advocating adoption of the communist proposals to end the Vietnam war. John Kerry seems to have bought the communist propaganda hook line and sinker. He naively believed that the North Vietnamese communists would actually form a coalition government that respected all points of view. Of course the communists had said that repeatedly. Communist had used similar lies to defuse their opposition in all their campaigns all over the world. When they succeeded as they did in Vietnam, the result was always the same- a corrupt and dictatorial one party dictatorship. John Kerry's actions after he returned from service in Vietnam render that service irrelevant.
Benedict Arnold was a talented general officer, but that is not what he is remembered for.

Kerry wanted to refight the Vietnam era culture war. We said bring it on. The POWs are now in the fray. I don't think Kerry's position looks very safe. It seems that true patriots of that era have a few political bunker busters left in their arsenal.
True . . but the MSM have to report them fairly--not as Matthews et al "reported" them by finding a lone wolf who at best tried to prove a negative and at worst was meant to discredit another POW!
The past is prologue. The best indication about how someone will act, and most especially react, is his past actions. A man's past also speaks to their character.
The pictures of the torture room and torture implements at that site, are sobering.
