I just received this via mail and this is the second such incident in as many days in different cities, please read...Opinions?!
F-15 & F-16 being spotted, caller just called in @ 5:35 spotted F-16's West of Clev, I spotted 18 to 20 contrails, most are parallel to each other, over Lake Erie on my drive home at 4:45 PM.
Someone called in 2 or 3 fighter jets near a Nuclear plant 18 mi. East of where I live, someone mentioned that there is a nuc plant near Niagara Falls, one near Sandusky, one north of Detroit, radio host said seems like the fighters are waiting for something.
Caller said Chinook heli's had lights on looking for something yesterday morning.
Channel 19 to have a report on the 6 PM news tonight.
Caller now says that contrails have disappeared jets have headed near Perry Nuc plant (18 miles from me), caller did not say altitude estimate.
Caller asked how can commercial traffic get by with all military activity, 4 of 5 fighters just flew by Perry, some caller (kid) said UFO last night near Perry.

FYI: the middle of Lake Erie is where the border is, Canada is 40 or 50 miles north of Northern Ohio. (Something to think about).

that it's some sort of light plane or other such threat.

Any time UFO is associated with an incident, I would want triple confirmation. Parallel contrails would also be more indicitive of a common airliner route. At 40,000 you cannot make out the difference between an F-16 from an F-15. Regular airliner traffic probable cause.
Fighters waiting for something..... very hard to discern just from watching an aircraft.
Heliocopter - lacking context or if even the correct type. I have lots of helos with lights, they are police copters.
From what you posted, I'd give it a high degree of reynolds wrap.

Interesting because I just came on to send some info to Mfccinsd about fighter jets screaming over east county this afternoon around 1pm. I was just leaving the house to run some errands and heard them coming. I only counted 3 before they were out of sight heading east. It's unusual to see them flying out my way. Mfccinsd gets them more up in her area while I generally have the marine helicopters. I've not seen nor heard them come back yet.
Of course, they could just be out on a drill but as I said they don't as a rule come out this direction.

The first day we saw the fan patterned contrails there was some jet that seemed to be hanging around and I wondered if it was doing casual circles around the area too.
Any updates on the F-16 sightings?
In some of what I've read, OBL's initial plan was to have hijacked planes flown into nuclear power plants.
