Given the rhetoric of so many in this campagn who would ignore and play down the ongoing war against ruthless enemies we are engaged in. Given the blatant fabrications, distortion, lies, collusion with the enemy and forgeries...I fear far too many have already forgotten.

WE MUST NEVER, EVER, NEVER FOGET!

We should never ever forget what happened on that fateful September day. It changed our lives forever. There are some in this country who want to pretend that this never happened. Our local talk radio station is talking about this now.

Here's how I'll commemorate 9/11. Old Glory will fly at my business all day. My 14-year-old daughter will sing the Star-Spangled Banner at the dedication of a 9/11 memorial to firefighters in Fort Worth. Fitting.

And if they somehow get through and hit us...then we take up the same cry at that point and proceed from there. Over and over again, ten thousand times if necessary until we cause that blight and scurge to be extinct from the earth!

Those memories, even after three years...are still fresh and open. I cannot look at the pictures without welling up and steeling myself to fighting back.
