A reporter from the Columbus (Ohio) dispatch is now on with Judy, and he just won't believe the poll, insisting it's tighter than that, maybe 5%. Then again, it was hard for him to read the poll results through his tears.

No wonder Kerry is desperate enough to revive the National Guard nonsense.

Pat Caddell, on O'Reilly's show last night, said that Kerry was "still bleeding," and that polls next week would likely be even worse for him.

The tears of a clown whistling, Daschle and Kerry are very sad today.
I liberal friend of mine the other day said all of the jobs lost in Ohio must belong to democrats, because Bush to her shouldnt be winning. How little there minds are.

When will they take this state out of the toss-up column?
If Bush can get a leg up in Florida and Pennsylvania it will be a short night.

Wonder what will happen to the polls now that the Boston Globe, AP, CBS/60 Minutes etc., have started to fling the doo doo at Bush. I hope they go up in favor of Bush, but who knows?

Wait a second. He only has a 1% lead among registered voters. Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves on this. There's still wood to chop.

Zahn teased what she said were some "very interesting results" in the latest poll in Pennsylvania, Missouri and Washington, but said she was holding off on reporting them till her show this evening. Well we already know Missouri is turning into a bloodbath in favor of Bush... Penn is only a story if Bush is gaining ground. Washington would be a major surprise if Kerry is crumbling there, too.

Good news, but we're still in the convention honeymoon period. Curious what the polls will read beginning about 2 weeks from now.

Looks like the more Ohioans get to know Lurch the less they like him.
