Sounds reasonable to me. If Bush gets re-elected, I HOPE he gets a handle on domestic spending. A few vetos would be nice..

Will the MSM ever admit this? I know this is wishful thinking, but someone needs to turn the screws on Kerry and start demanding actual answers for all these moments of "bad choices" by the Pres.

I'm sure we'll hear about "Greenspan carrying Bush's water", etc. etc. The numbers can't lie, however...

Greenspan has helped the Bush campaign with his testimony today. Laying the blame for the soft numbers earlier on the price of oil for which Bush is not responsible. The market is taking this all in stride.

Sounds to me like we are on a steady and strong forward progression. The dems can complain all day that the recovery doesn't happen immediately, but that would be akin to economic binge drinking. A fast upward spike would collapse. Steady progression will end up with a progressive cycle that is sustainable.

Dare I say, and not to jump the gun on this, but...

IN YOUR FACE KERRY AND THE DNC!

Ok maybe a little over exuberent, but it just bites into another of Kerry's talking points.

I love listening to these congressmen trying to play gotcha with Greenspan. You know he is thinking they are idiots and it must take all the restraint he has to keep from calling them that.

LOL.....guess Greenspan is enjoying sleeping on the couch so he's telling the truth despite his missus' denigrations of our president.

I just read the recant! All these years later and we are now getting some truth out of the Winter Soldier lies.

Don't think the Dems ever counted on the Internet and Talk Radio when they planned this campaign with their media friends.

I think they planned on talk radio and the internet. What I don't think that they planned was that most Americans would no longer be complacent about the elections. They are currently trying to obscure who the man is and was with his message. I think that the still belive that people are going to vote for a canidate base just on his Charisma (like they got with slick willy). I really do not think that the democrating party understand most of America. They have spent so much time pandering to special intrest groups and they far left base, that I am not sure that they know how to reach out to the middle ground.

Will the recanting soldier get an entire program on 60 Min. II......

After all, Barnes is recanting his original story that he did nothing to get Dubya into the NG

I think we know the Answer to that.... 60 mins might dedicate a full hour to how Pitkin betrayed his fellow vvaw vets by recanting his story.

Personally, I feel that 60 minutes has out lived its usefulness.

I don't believe I have ever watched 60 min. I can't remember doing anything other than channel surfing by the alphabets in years.

That goes for most of the cable stations too.
